Don't rent from this company, they will bring you a broken scooter, offer to replace it, and then leave you stranded without crutches or a way to get around at all and then won't give you the slightest refund. They discriminate against the disabled and will rip you off completely. Absolutely terrible.

Was well worth the money. Had no problems with the mobility cart. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent one.

Was visiting a friend in Florida and rented a scooter to go places.delivered on time as he stated he would.went over instructions on how to disassemble scooter.stated to call with any questions. Saturday we went to Busch Gardens and Sunday to casino. I will definitely rent again next time in here!

We rented an Extra duty mobility scooter from Mario to go to the taylor swift concert. He went the extra way of dropping it off at our hotel instead of at the stadium! He was able to show us how the scooter broke down and fit it into our car. The scooter was in perfect condition and clean and easy to use! Overall 100/10 definitely recommend!

I was very pleased with the entire process of renting a wheelchair. I met the delivery man when he came. It was the wrong wheelchair but he was very happy to return it and delivered the new one in less than a couple hours. I have ordered from this company before and they are very dependable.

What a great service! 5 stars for customer service - they’re responsive and I love that they deliver to your hotel. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is that the stroller I ordered was a bit misleading and could not be used for an infant.

Worked with me long distance and had everything ready for me before I got here. They texted me all through the trip to make sure it was working properly and offered any assistance if something went wrong! Great for employers that need to help an employee meet ADA accommodations!

We are in Florida to do Busch Gardens one day and Disney one day. We rented two scooters and both lasted all day open to close. Very good service with delivery and pickup by Mario Carts, he was awsome. I would recommend if you need one get it here, especially multi day compared to what the park's charge

What an awesome service and company. We rented a Snoo bassinet for our infant on family vacation. The staff communicated via text, arranged delivery and pick-up on our schedule, and were super friendly and professional. The equipment was clean and well cared for. Highly recommend all around!
