Upon arrival room was very nasty with bugs and mold and medew in bathrooms floors wasn't clean and beds was OK. Visit wasn't comfortable at all. Rooms need to be cleaned better and no everyday service in room only thing they did was changed trash cans and put new towels and to the dirty ones

I want to say that the staff there are amazing! They are helpful kind and I couldn’t have asked for more! The room was clean the bed was comfy and the property over all was beautiful and clean! I have no complaints and we will be staying here again!

Destin is very beautiful and the room we got was facing the indoor pool which was nice. But the floor was dirty like they didn't clean it and what I didn't like was that to get more coffee you had to pay 50 cents and when I went to pay I was 5 cents short and the lady said I can't help you! That not hospitality.

This is a great place to come to with your family for a stay at the beach. It has all the essentials to keep you comfortable. Upon entry, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Mrs. Maria, she was a doll and very sweet. I will go ahead and say that if you are going to complain that it isn't close to the beach and act like it's a surprise, well, that's what internet and maps is for. Little advice from a Floridian: Search "public beach access" before staying at ANY hotel. Im not too sad about that, being that Henderson Park is worth the 4 minute drive down the road and $6 daily entry. It is gorgeous, to say the least. Regardless, for us, it wasn't as much of a headache as some of the reviews on here. Right in the middle between all the action and stores, and not in a bad area along this strip. Rooms were complete with all the utensils and cookware that you need to fix a nice meal if you wanted. The entire hotel was pristine and smelled fresh. We had an outside room facing the road. The inside rooms may not have this issue: I honestly think that the only thing I'd like to say could be a future improvement would be some blinds in the room. It was extremely hard for me to sleep with the street lights coming through my window. Overall, I am glad that I got to stay here and would definitely consider it as an option again in the future.

This resort was amazing! The staff was nice, room was clean and the location is around everything you need! Will definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay here. Room we had was nice. Loved the indoor pool area for a night swim. Also has a small game room where we played a game of pool. Didn't bring kids but know they'd love it. I'd definitely come back to stay again!

My children really enjoyed this stay. It was really clean and the location is fantastic! The kids went to watch movies in their little media center. My son enjoyed the ping pong table and shuffle board, and my girls enjoyed the pool. My husband enjoyed the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again.

Misleading… staff was friendly but instantly directed us to the concierge that asked for a meeting with us to offer free gifts to let us tell them how they are doing and feedback… that was not the case it was actually a timeshare type presentation for Sapphire Resorts. Other than that the “resort” was a motel. Not worth $500 for 2 nights. Air conditioning was so-so. Floor should be cleaner.

For the price def not what I expected. Holy ghetto. Bed is not a queen, room is dirty and outdated, NO HOT BATH WATER. Seriously? Come on now. Pool REEKS of chlorine. Heavily outdated, doesn’t look like the trustworthiest area, more like a fricken motel. And not to mention odd harassment from timeshare people. Disappointing. NO BEACH ACCESS I REPEAT NO BEACH ACCESS YOU WILL HAVE TO DRIVE AND PAY TO PARK*** this place is NOT on the beach side

Nice hotel! I would definitely stay here again! Near the beach and attractions! For the price you can’t beat it!

Great hotel! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Clean rooms with a mini kitchen. Close to many attractions, including the beach area. They even have an indoor pool! Definitely recommend it.

It's a great hotel to stay at for a PG World Series baseball tournament. Clean, quiet, indoor pool, and good location. Avoided Destin traffic by taking an easy alternate route. It's not a good location if you are taking the family to the beaches.

The rooms that they show online aren’t the same rooms you get when you get there. The room is small and the pull out couch was like sleeping outside on concrete. The pullout didn’t have any sheets, had to call the front desk and request some, but twenty minutes later we had to walk down and pick them up. They did give us a paper saying that they were extremely understaffed. When we arrived at the room we didn’t have any water, we had to call the front desk and ask about that. I’m guessing it was housekeeping that just opened the door to our room without knocking first to see if someone answered. The bathroom had what we believed to have mold in it. But the best part of our entire stay was the scam call that we received on our room phone. The guy called us at almost one in the morning saying that the computers went down and we had to check in again because of insurance liability. I hang up and called the front desk and was told it was a scam and they don’t call rooms after eleven pm. I will say that all the staff that I came in contact with was very pleasant.
