Club Lake Pointe Apartments, Coral Springs FL

Club lake point is conveniently located in a great area of Coralsprings. Access to everything. I've lived at Club lake point for 3.5 years. Our first year and half wasn't all that bad but the last 2 years was definitely a headache. No maintenance people and the one they had, who was all great in the beginning became very nonchalant. We had work orders open for a long time but made it work. My main issue here at Club Lake Point was dealing with the attitude, some of the leasing staff needs to be trained on customer service, friendliness, attentiveness and being less dismissive, which is extremely rude. I dont know if it's the language barrier but absolutely uncalled for. Another tenant even heard the maintenance guy make a statement "me and Jonathan like to F"#% with the tenants", and I just couldn't believe it.

But anyway, I am no longer there but I would definitely like to put the spot light on the New Leasing Specialist, Stephanie! She came on board and made things happen. I called in one day with concerns about my work orders, that went from pending to complete, when they were never completed. I explained the issues and things I was promised prior to my lease renewal, which were not done and this lady, made no excuses, she immediately got the ball rolling. I must say she made the last few months a great experience. She is Very Professional, calm, polite and caring. She is someone who actually knows what she is doing. I see the future Property Manager and if Club Lake point knows what's best for them, they better promote Stephanie. Club lake point needs to appreciate their tenants who are always on time with their rental payments and cause no issues! I give Stephanie 5 STARS all the way! Thank you Stephanie!

I would like to share my amazing experience with our leasing agent at Club Lake Pointe, Tatiana Barco. Tatiana understood all of my needs and made sure my apartment was promptly move-in ready. Tatiana constantly gave me updates on how the renovation was progressing and assisted me with any questions that I had regarding the property or my lease agreement, which made my process very smooth. I can honestly say that Tatiana is very knowledgeable, kind and passionate in what she does and deserves recognition. Club Lake Point better take care of Tatiana, because she definitely is taking care of Club Lake Pointe.

On another note, Club Lake Pointe’s property manager, Jonathan Proper, also deserves recognition. He is a very approachable and selfless person, who is always willing to help in a very professional manner. Jonathan takes pride in his work and is very charismatic.

In a nutshell, if you are looking for your next place to rent and Club Lake Pointe is of your interest, remember to ask for Tatiana Barco as your leasing agent and she will welcome you with open arms and the most positive attitude.

THE ADMINISTRATOR IS INCOMPERENT. I have lived for 4 years in these apartments. From day 1, every time it rains, the interior of the apartment floods and the air freezes 1 or 2 times a week. The first few months I requested repairs online but according to Mr. Jonathan Prosper THEY NEVER APPEARED and that's why they didn't solve anything, so I started to make the requests PERSONALLY TO MR. JONATHAN PROSPER, but they did not solve anything because he did not have staff, so that he will renew the contract last year they offered me to make the pending arrangements and several improvements since they increased the rent absurdly, cleaning was included as promised PROFESSIONAL BY A COMPANY EXPERT IN AIR CONDITIONING, AND THE REPAIR OF THE FLOOR THAT DUE TO THE ENTRY OF WATER EVERY TIME IT RAINS, IS RAISED.among other things, but 10 months have passed and they have never done it. If you do not have evidence of what I am saying, I will gladly provide each of the emails with their respective responses.

The most expensive trash place u could ever stay. Went up 600 on rent and didn’t change anything. Maintenance horrible. Hard to take out your trash doesn’t even have valet trash but goes up on rent this place is very terrible. And wouldn’t recommend no one living here especially for the price. It’s wayyy better places that cheaper.

The property is very beautiful. They have an amazing pool and they’re in a good location. Giving them a one star because the apartment wasn’t really maintained. We lived there for a whole year and after my husband complained to corporate thats when things started to get done and fixed. We were also paying for a updated apartment but the only thing updated were the kitchen cabinets other than that everything was painted over. Also, you can hear everything your neighbor does, EVERYTHING! Also, if you hate bugs don’t move here.

Thanks to Mr. Paul, maintenance supervisor, Mrs. Tatiana in customer service and Jonathan, the manager, for always solving our problems in the apartments and in our complex on time. Today I had a problem and they have been very concerned, attentive and have given a quick solution to my problem in the apartment. Thank you very much, you are a great team.

I lived in the community for a year. When I moved in I told them some issuee in my unit but they never come back to fix it. I reminded them for five times and they always told me some one will fix it. Also, the commy has a lot of mosquito. It's really verry horrible when I went home at night. Some neighbors like to put garbage and trash outside their unit for days. I already told manager but no one come to remind those neighbors or remove it.

Update:
I request to fix for several times. They took notes and put information in computer front of me for several times. Now, the community reply the review they never receive the request. Ok.

Excellent place to live, the condominium is very nice, the schools are very good and close to everything, highly recommended

I moved from this complex 6 months ago and is still having issues with them, when I left I provided my forwarding address, they have my contact number and email address.

6 months later I received a collection notice to say I owe them for a final water bill. I never received a final bill via email, I received no phone calls about this bill, neither did I receive a final bill in the mail. They claim it was sent via certified Mail but they are unable to track it. SMH!

Please save yourself the headache and do not rent from these people.

They don’t care about their residents.

UPDATE 10/5/2022: the response below claim the final statement was mail in March via certified Mail but when I contacted their office no one was able to provide a tracking number or if the statement was actually delivered. The address repeated to me by the representative was not accurate. I never received a phone call or email from the office regarding this final statement (all my previous statement use to come via email) and I asked to have Jonathan (the office manager) call me back two days ago, I am still waiting……….
Don’t believe these responses they DO NOT CARE.
