The staff was very nice and professional got us to and from the Airport awesome. Would recommend them and will use them again.

Hidden fees everywhere
They make you purchase a toll pass than charge you for tolls
And make you purchase insurance even if your insurance covers the rental

Driver showed up fast at airport. Short drive to lot. Car was ready. Drop off went smoothly. Driver was on site ready to go. Loaded up van while I took care of paperwork

If I could leave a negative 5 rating, I would. These crooks partner with a booking site called Economy Bookings to deceive potential renters into believing that you are getting a reasonable rate. I was quoted a “total rental charge” of $198. Once I paid the $198 online, I received an email confirmation that said that I had to pay an additional $99 at pickup and the email contained a bunch of extremely fine print that included a requirement that said if you are using your auto insurance, you need to have $300k PIP and Property Damage coverage. Standard auto insurance is $300 k PIP and $100 k property damage. They pick you up at the airport and drive you 2 miles away and tell you that you cannot rent the car unless you buy their $30 per day insurance coverage. My $198 rental cost me $649.00. DO NOT use these filthy pigs for a rental company.

Smooth check-in and a very quick checkout process. The only downside was the that I reserved a Toyota Sienna but got a Dodge Caravan which did not have many of the basic features which now a days is a necessity, such as hands free and rear camera.

Terrible! What scammers beware.they are the worst, try to make you buy insurance by saying my car insurance declaration wasn't enough

These guys are an abosolute RIP OFF!
We recently in Jan/2023 rented a car from Clubs Car Rental in Fort Lauderdale and despite the fact that we have insurance that completely covers any rental car, these guys insisted that we have to buy their inflated cost insurance.
We tried to explain this to the people there and they told us we can go elsewhere. We had been travelling all day and when we finally got to the rental office we were exhausted. As an aside they also say they are in the airport, they are NOT.
They take you you by shuttle to the location 10 minutes by car from the airport. They basically have you hostage and take advantage of you as you are stuck without a car rental. Having said all this I will never and I recommend that any one who reads this STAY AWAY!

My car rental with Club Car Rentals started out a bit rocky. I booked a car for a week and the price was quite a bit lower than competitors. Unfortunately, this supposedly was because others included Florida insurance that needed to be added on at Club Car Rentals, unknown to me. I did end up renting the car at a higher price than quoted and was not happy about it. However, in all fairness to them, it was still competitive with other car rental agencies. I would absolutely recommend more transparency upfront in the future to avoid people being surprised and having to deal with this.
Even while “discussing” the rental insurance, I have to say that the agent was courteous and patient – even though I was clearly upset. When I returned the car, Manuel made it very easy to return the car and immediately transported us to the airport – again, a very pleasant and helpful agent.
The issue with the insurance charges aside, I was pleased with the quality and comfort of the car and the customer service.
