If i could give it a minus stars i would.
Stay away from this rental company. This was a classic bait and switch. We booked two car rentals through this company, and opted for the insurance as well. When we arrived we were informed the insurance we paid for was "supplemental" insurance which basically covered chipped windshields and stolen vehicles, but no damage in case of an accident.

They told us if we have our own insurance we can use that, but we must have coverage of up to $300,000. We could otherwise pay for their insurance which would be $69 PER DAY.

He also told us that we could pay for unlimited tolls for a fixed price, or we could go around them which would cost roughly $30 each day. I'm assuming he meant that the detour of going around the tolls would increase the amount we drove which would cost more gas.they also said they accepted state farm and when we showed them they said it had to be done through the site only not the 3rd party we booked through.everyone there was scammed and all wound up going back to the airport!

The service, the attention and the vehicle were good, a car in optimal condition, the prices are in line with other agencies. The only thing that always increases the costs are the insurance that makes you take this, which increases the initial cost by more than 100 dollars; If I want to highlight the service they have for receiving us and taking us to the airport, it was good.

Scam. Price quoted is NOT THE PRICE TO BE PAID.
Plus the cars are poor quality.

WARNING! Clubs Car Rental are scammers, they hook you with false promotions and prices, when you go to pay they charge you USD 15 a day for tolls that you have not requested, they also steal USD 150 in advance through intermediaries

Gave one star only because I cant give zero. Never rent with this company, they are the biggest rip-off ever! When I reserved the car I saw they only accepted insurance from a few companies so I purchased the "full coverage" because it was still cheaper that way than some other companies. When I got there I was required to purchase insurance for an additional $60/day because the "full coverage" covered what the required insurance did not which was a broken windshield and lost key. Nowhere on the website does the company tell you how much the required insurance is per day. The car was a base model that had over 60k miles and stains all over the back seat. So I paid $300 and had the car from friday to sunday.

Firstly, it’s clear most of these reviews are fake. They constantly say “attention to service is great” No one says that…

But anyways to my review:
I used a third party website which quoted my price at $94 for my rental period for which part was due the day I made the reservation and the remaining was to be due at arrival. When I arrived I was forced to buy basic insurance even though I have my own car insurance policy. They excluded progressive from a list of accepted insurance policies that would waive the insurance requirement. My price went from $94 total to $575 total. This is misleading and it was intended to be. This has occurred in multiple reviews on Google (which of course I saw afterwards). The car was a rebuilt title, placard from FDOT was found in the door jam stating so. Seats were filthy, the paint was peeling off the hood of my rental, there were scratches and dents all over the car. I then I got a flat tire, which I figured I would at least get my monies worth with the insurance I was forced to purchase. But no, of course basic insurance did not cover flat tires. I am honestly not sure what it covered. Clubs Car Rental is a total scam I have reported these misleading and shady business practices to the powers at be. Sadly I know more people will fall victim to these people. If you’re reading this PLEASE do not use them. I tried to save some money and wound up paying more for less. This was the first time I used something other than Hertz or SIXT and now I have learned my lesson.

We waited for 30 minutes for shuttle after calling them they said they changed our retail to NEXT car rental asked for Wait for that shuttle. Once we reached new car rental they are asking 80$ per day. We already had reservation with clubs rental and pairs in advance for it and shown confirmation number but next car rental saying it’s not valid now you need to book rental with current price. When we asked clubs rental they said we can’t do anything and office is closed.

Please don’t book with this scammers.

Scammers! They do not honor AmEx (even though that’s what I used for the reservation), refuse all credit card insurance, and force $55/day mandatory insurance on everyone. We walked, as did the other family that arrived with us. Avoid at all costs! Shame on Kayak and other aggregators for including these SOBs.

Don't book with Clubs unless you buy their full coverage with $39.99 per day extra charges when you are arriving even you do have your full coverage with the maximum of 300,000 personal item liability in their required auto insurance company. Or they are scamming from thoese extra costs you.
Oh, by the way they made you waited forever back to the airport if you don't book from them.

This place is a complete sham. DO NOT use these guys. They work out of a trailer and only have a couple of cars at their site. They only accept insurance that is listed in the fine print on the very last page of the voucher. Get your magnifying glass out. Was not forthcoming about the insurance at all. When I got there, to their desk, they doing the insurance thing on me first thing and then wanted to sell me insurance for $90 per day! They are definitely smoking something. I will say that I appreciated a ride back to the airport from them, but renter beware!

They are scammers, I made the payment online and when I arrived in Orlando they never showed up and the money was lost

It was a very fast service, I didn't have to wait long for the vehicle or the toll. Good service, I recommend the service they provide, specific and detailed with what I would pay, I left without a doubt
