CM STAR SERVICES reviews
4 The business was very clean and the customer service was excellent. Brian greeted me
Right away as I walked in and assisted me with what I needed quickly and courteously. Highly recommend using them.
Great attention, thank you very much for everything, it's great to find so many services in the same place, keep in that way. Bye.
The receptionist is rude, and has no idea what she’s doing. They advertise they do marriage licenses, but when we arrived at 11: 30am we walked in and said we had our marriage license and wanted to get married. The receptionist asked if we just needed a signature, I said I’m not sure. We have the license and we want to get married, she then says okay so you need a stamp or no? Again I tell them I don’t know, I’ve never been married how am I supposed to know what YOU are supposed to do with the license? If you advertise that you do Marriages then maybe someone in your office should know what to do. She then tells me the person that can do this has gone to lunch and won’t be back until 3pm.so we leave and come back and again she asks the same questions, “so you need a stamp? ” Me idk we wanna get married. “oh okay, so stamp and signature? ” Me, if that’s all I need then yes? She then goes into a back office and calls someone and has them tell me
Over speaker phone that to get married we needed an appointment. Why were we not told this when we came up here this morning? I tell her my brother came here to get his marriage license done 2 weeks ago and I came with him, thats why I came back. They charged him $60 and we were in and out in about 25 mins. After all the back and forth they finally say okay, we will just sign and notarize it for you, so we get that done and she tells me it’s $100. They don’t have their prices posted anywhere. She then tells me she’s giving me a discount, that normally it’s $200.to which I said my brother paid $60 for the exact same thing, they even did a little ceremony for them. But with us they just had Us stand in the lobby while they signed and stamped in a back room. These guys are crooks, don’t have a single idea what they are doing, to top it off, as we are leaving I say something in Spanish and the receptionist said “ you should have come in saying you spoke Spanish” “ it’s my fault for not talking to her in Spanish” I try and explain that we asked questions and she cuts me off EVERY TIME telling me again and again that it’s my fault, that I saw her struggling with her English and I should have said something. She didn’t let me get a word out after that just kept telling me it was my fault
For not talking to her in Spanish.
1. If you advertise a service, your employees should know how to preform that service.
2. You should post prices, instead of just charging whatever you feel like in the moment
3. When I walk into an establishment, my first thought is not to ask is you speak Spanish, as it is not my first language, the fact that your receptionist was rude and kept talking over me with attitude because I didn’t talk in Spanish is crazy. They turned a happy day into a long drawn out nightmare. I would not trust them to do any business.
