4I have rented from cmtg for going on 5 years and I couldn’t be happier with the property I rent and or the communication from the staff before any major storm or event that could result in me needing help at the property. They are clear and concise with everything that pertains to my lease and or what would effect me personally at the property.
Not horrible not great. But when.if ever is a property management company great. Especially when you live on a budget.

AVOID PROPERTY 114 Northside Drive And 116 Northside Drive! ITS A SCAMMM!
I Would Avoid This Company As They Only Want Your Deposits To Get You Into The Property, I’ve Been Telling This Property For A Month Now That I Have Millions Of Ants Bitting My Children, You Guys Wouldnt Believe How Many Ants There Be. You Would Be Furious Yourself For Me! If You Saw Them.
They Fix Nothing And Turn Around And Play Victim, My Bathroom Ceiling Is Falling Down & Still No One To Fix It,
They Moved Me Into The Apartment Knowing The A/C Was Broke And That They Needed To Install A Whole New One, It’s Been 3 Months & Still No New A/C. A/C Freezes Every 20 Mins ICE COLD.
I Can Not Have My Kitchen Sink And Bathroom Sink/Shower Water Running At The Same Time Any Other Faucet Is Running. Imagine Spending $1275 As Deposit To Move You And Your Kids Into Hell Because That’s Exactly What It Feels Like. Avoid This Company At All Costs. I Don’t Write Reviews But As You Can See I Am Fed Up With This Company.
I Have More Videos Then Pictures, But Wont Let Me Upload Videos So Pictures Are Sceen Shots From The Video. The Ants Are A Everyday Thing.
This place does not care about its properties or tenets.they are rude and dont fix things in a timely manner they can not keep people to fix anything that broke.my mom has lived here 5yrs.and has had nothing but problems dont do it.they dont pick up the trash around the place it so gross and dirty
