The manager Trevor was very pleasant. We were visiting from NY, he took the time to show us around and let us check out the theater experience. We truly appreciated checking it out and will be back to visit and watch a movie and a game! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing night

I order a Very expensive Coca Cola that was never delivered. I order an order of pop corn and a Coke, the Coke never came and we asked for it 3 times. I didnt want to leave my seal so I never went to complain at the front desk. Service is not good.

Shout out to the manager, Trevor! He was super friendly to my friends and I and gave us a personal tour around the movie theater! He even gave us all free popcorn! Thank you, Trevor. We’ll be back!

Cine-bistro is our only theater option; the Dolby Atmos room in Auditorium 9 is fantastic;

Management was very kind to us. However, waiters did the bare minimum, just stared at as they chargedfr our order. No friendly nods or smiles. Food wasn’t the best. It was a little wonky, chicken sand-which was horrible. The burgers we ate gave us an upset stomach the following day. Everything else is pretty good!

The place was nice and clean but the food was garbage and if u reserve online they charge u an extra 17$ for no reason.

Good luck getting tickets. They still have social distancing even though Sears are super far apart! Horrible service that makes no sense

My wife and i loved our date here the whole experience was great we are most definitely coming back again on another date night

Clear screen, fantastic sound, and a perfect movie house venue. I was surprised at the honesty that this place could cost me. It was really fitting for my budget. We really enjoyed the place and the films that we were watching that day. Honestly, I'll be telling all my friends about this wonderful place. A beautiful team to work with.

Great place! Kids loved it, they social distance, but still serve food and drinks! Very clean and sweet staff!

Had a bad experience trying to watch a film and was told by a manager I would be relocated to a new theater due to movie issues in the one I was in,
I was told to leave all my refreshments that I would get fresh ones in the new theater after watching the whole movie I never got my refreshments and I hardly ate my last items

It is very nice (and expensive) theatre. It is luxuy movie watching but it is so nice to cuddle up with your spouse and recline to watch a movie. An epic movie would be ideal. The seats are comfortable and even come with blankets! You can't afford to watch tons of movies here, but it is a treat. Food prices are normal movie theatre prices which was nice too.

Awsome movie theater with electric reclining seats waiters that bring food drinks and alcohol right to you.

Service is questionable. Nice location. But over priced bar. Instead of having a berr or wine here better go to anybof the bars inside the restaurant me next door. I go two normal avergae wines and ny bill was $37 dollars. All in.not even at a fancy restaurant you pay that. They added 18% gratuity and I didnt eben got a glass of water that I asked for. Seating and theater design is fantastic. The seats are super comfy, completely reclineable and plush. Even come with blankets, reminds you of a business class flight to Europe or Asia.

The food is mediocre and the call buttons weren't well attended.

Place is nice! Seats are comfy. Stairs only, disabled people pick seats close to door entrance, not like other theaters where u walk in at the bottom. Thank god someone let me sit in their seat, I didn't know how the layout was.
But the food I was dissapointed. A V. I. P.experience but the food I got was not good. Nachos are just a ton of cheese and jalapenos and some pico de Gallo. Cheddar popcorn is literally cold. Not even room temp. Kale Cesar w/shrimp got my girl feeling upset in stomach and her sister felt the same. And with finger food, have wetNaps! Bring napkins with food, don't make us ask for it.

BTW everything is on the pricey side. $$$ not $$, but 3 $$$. That is worth 1 $.

The theater is great! Very comfortable and you do get a sense of privacy as the seats are not close to each other. The service, however is very poor. As this used to be the only movie theater in Brickell, we had no choice but to continue going there, despite consistently getting bad service. They automatically add 18% gratuity, so the servers have no incentive to do their job. They routinely forgot parts of our order and then would disappear until the movie is over. Given the premium price, this service is unacceptable.

The establishment is beautiful but they make you feel less then important when you go and wait and wait and nobody comes to help you. For he price paid to see a movie here you’d hope to get treated much better.

Shocking. You expect 80$ for 3 people with no added perks? Not all of us are millionaires. It’s almost laughable.

Thrird chance.after a trird visit. Very slow service on the top Floor, the seats are always dirty and we need to call for a clean up.very disappointed because is a great location and installation

Sorry but not worth the money. Your better off going to one of many awesome restaurants around the area. And then maybe going here for dessert service was not all there popcorn was free at one point but not no more and then when you pay for it they still take forever to bring it to you. $$$$
