Came to the 8: 20pm show. Giving 2 stars because the popcorn was fresh, other than that.the counters where the soda fountain was dirty and unorganized, no ice at all on the 3 machines. The women’s restroom were dirty looked like it had not been attended at all. I suggest more personnel definitely.

Has potential but needs to get with the times. Major renovation. Food sucks, it’s better to eat somewhere in the plaza before or after.

In this day and age, why don’t they have reclining seats, and more spacing between seats? However, having iMax is a plus.

Great establishment. Bathrooms were clean and tidy. I seen the barbie movie which I didn't care for at all. I really don't understand how anybody can say that it is a good movie.

THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Now I admit its been a minute since we've gone to an actual movie theater, but last time I checked, cleanliness was still a requirement in a public space. Let me walk you through the experience.

First, we were greeted by an employee who was not so helpful in obtaining our pre-paid tickets at the kiosk. Meaning he could care less to help the customers. The scanners wouldn't read my phone (or the guy's next to me). Thank God I had the card I used to buy the tickets to swipe in order to print the tickets or that would have been more of my time wasted.

Next, we went through the concessions.
First of all. $17 for a large popcorn and drink is ABSOLUTE CRIMINAL but I digress.

The concessions area was ATROCIOUS AND SO GROSS! It looked like a group of 2nd graders had come in to destroy the place with spilled drinks, slushy syrups all over the floor, counters, no lids for the cups, popcorn all over the floor, the list goes on. There wasn't one spot of clean counter by the register for me to set my purse down to get my wallet out to pay. I mentioned something to the teenager behind the counter that the place was so gross. His response was to laugh and shrug his shoulders. Again, another employee showing so much pride in the place he works. Good job manager.creating quite the culture aren't you?

And by the way, there was so much liquid on the floor. Can we say lawsuit? !? A Slip and fall is waiting to happen!

Then we began the trek to our theater. And OMG y'all.the corridor walls literally have coke sprayed all over them. How is this place SO DIRTY? !? ! And why hasn't the health department shut them down is BEYOND me!

The carpet down the corridors is literally puddling and pulling up. Again, another accident waiting to happen!

Finally we had made it to our theater. Good thing the lights were already dim because I'm pretty sure this place hasn't been cleaned in years. The floor was so sticky your shoes made that suction sound when you walked that we all know. AND in both cup holders there was left over trash from the previous show. I know times are tough to find employees but how can team members not be trained to do their job? !

The guy next to me dropped his phone at some point during the opening credits. Uh-oh! After the movie, we watched him use his wife's phone's flashlight to locate his and.what was lit up under the seats! All I can say is I hope he has a phone sterilizer at home.gross!

After the movie, of course one needs to visit the restroom. Shockingly they weren't too bad in the clean department. I felt rather lucky that on the 6th try of trying to find a soap dispenser with soap, I got soap. By the way, there are only 6 soap dispensers.
The Dyson hand dryers were BLACK where you place your hands. Those dryers have to be maintained with fresh filters or you are literally having everyone's germs blown onto your clean hands when you use the dryer. So a fast hand shake would have to do.more liquid getting on the floor.

As we made our way back through the lobby to leave, more concerns abound.
The white ceiling tiles are BLACK from the dirt of the HVAC supplies blowing on them. So happy we were breathing dirty air for almost 3 hours. The wall base at the abandoned Concessions POS counters is missing, the millwork is showing signs of wood rot, dirt, dirt, and more dirt. There is just so much wrong.

I remember when this place opened so many years ago and it was THE place to see a movie in Lakeland. Its rather sad its come to this. We won't be back unless they completely renovate or demolish to rebuild.

I hope ownership /corporate sees this review and understands if they want to make it in a dying industry like movie theaters, they will need to spend money to make money. You can't offer folks dirty floors, overpriced concessions (and the popcorn wasn't even fresh), nasty surroundings thinking that will draw the crowds in when so many people would rather stay home and stream. DO something!

This movie theatre has gone down hill since I last came. The seats are out of the 80s. The snack line is disorganized and has no structure. If your paying 15 dollars each for adults you would expect better.but this theatre only gave below average. Racetrac hotdogs are bigger and cost 6 dollars less than this 7 dollar mini hot dog… don’t come here

Theaters are a dump. 1: 10 showing—stale popcorn, no candy except Milk Duds, drink lids not sealing and carpets filthy. Never again. Plus two days later the kid at concessions after we walked away added seven more dollars on grandson’s credit card Bank is now investigating

Sad to say. Could definitely use a little TLC.not as nice as I remembered it. Probably will stick to the Northside if possible in the future.

The price went down since the name changed but no early bird pricing available for the first showing of the day

Administrative fee if Buying tickets on line is half the senior ticket discount: $8.99 + $3.99= cost of an adult ticket! Where's the senior discount?

It is a good place to share a nice time with the family, and relax watching a movie, they are friendly and keep the place clean, I recommend it.

Went to see Barbie, had a mixup with our ticket order online and the staff were very helpful in finding a solution. Clean theater, comfy seats, big screens. An overall lovely experience.

Went to see Oppenheimer. It's your typical multiplex theater. Overpriced snacks and drinks. The biggest issue was ticketing. There was a lengthy line outside. Luckily, we had purchased tickets ahead.but we still had to wait in a line INSIDE to get the tickets printed out to get into the movie. That kind of defeats the purpose of buying tickets ahead of time.

First time visitor. Purchased tickets online but they were unable to scan at entrance so had to wait in an unorganized line to print out tickets where only 3 kiosks were operational. Finally got past that chaos and headed to the concessions area where I was met with another disorganized mess. There was barely any food available and a complete mess everywhere you looked. Theatre seats were outdated and uncomfortable. After the movie they failed to turn on the lights creating a safety hazard on exit and trash containers were overflowing to the point where trash was falling onto the floor. NOT the movie experience I was expecting for Lakeside Village and will NOT be visiting again.

This is a first class movie in an upscale mall. Seats comfortable.sound system great. Only 2 things wrong. No long lines for snacks cause they are outrageously priced. Parking can be a problem. Park in the open areas not nearby. Take about a 5 minute walk.and sneak in your own snacks or pay $11 for popcorn. Amazing what $11 will buy at the dollar store.

Nice Theater, I miss the recliner seats that my Ohio theater had, this one has a downgraded version of the reclining seat. The Icee machines were not working so even though I paid an up charge I had to settle for a soda. It was not that much different so no big deal but at least an offer to reimburse the difference would be nice.

No toilet tissue in several of the ladies bathroom stalls, including the one I was in Sunday night. I asked pink shoes w red polka dots (maybe converse) in the stall next to me if she had any…she did and handed some to me, under the stall wall. Meanwhile, on the other side of pink sneakers, another movie goer declared that there was no toilet tissue…there was some communication - I think pink sneakers offered some but the other guest went in search of a stall w TP. As I was washing my hands the other guest entered the stall I had used. I told her there was no TP in there. She said, “It’s ok…” I think she got some from pink sneakers. Definitely a toilet paper shortage there and lack of house keeping. Long lines at the concession. I left the movie well into it to get a snack and there was still a long line. I went back to the movie and gave up on the snack and beverage. I enjoyed the movie.

It's a nice and clean movie theater. It would be a 5-star theater if it upgraded to recliner seating like popular theaters in Tampa and Orlando.
