Hard to park. Kinda dangerous with the cars going fast. Not well lit. Elevators don't work. Electric escalators don't work. Had to walk a lot to get to theater. Walking is fine but it was cumbersome. Parking used to be free but not anymore. Machine to pay parking wasn't working well.

Paid over $100 for 3 tickets, food, drinks, and popcorn. We got the wrong food but going to get it corrected would have meant missing more of the movie, so we just dealt with it. The audio during the movie sounded like a CD skipping every couple of minutes. We were excited to try this theater because its less than 5 blocks away from our apartment and we were able to walk there and back. But we will not be going back. It felt like a massive waste of money for the quality of the movie equipment, food, and service.

We were there for the family movie night. The whole theater smells like cigarettes and cigars. Our seats and floor in our theater was sticky and greasy. It was really gross. I went home with a headache.

This place is terrible. Not worth the trip out. We saw Indiana Jones movie Saturday night. This place used to be in great location and fun pre COVID. Now.both theatre elevators didn't work from parking lot, escalators didn't work, had to stand in ticket line even though pre-purchased tickets, ticket people barely grunt at you, ladies bathroom nasty and out of everything, after movie we couldn't get back to P3 parking due to elevator issues so we walked around garage on 2nd level (security issue) then had to walk up car ramp (safety issue) to get to car. Totally ruined the night. Will NOT be back.

We won’t be returning. The theatre itself is very old and outdated. I unfortunately reserved the seats that had tears in them. The seats rock back and forward. Not a stable sitting. The parking is very confusing and time consuming. PLEASE make sure you get your parking validated or else you will be charged hefty for using the parking garage. We initially went for the food but not worth the low quality of everything else. The two stars are for the staff. They were very kind and wonderful. The woman at the concession stand was a sweetheart. I wish I had gotten her name.

Love this theater. The seating is clean & comfortable. The parking is a pain- always remember to get your ticket validated. Elevators were not working the night we were there.

The theater literally smelled like smoke, and I could barely breathe while trying to watch the movie. Trash was everywhere in the theater, and it seemed like they didn't clean at all. There was trash under the seats, and the cup holders were nasty and sticky. I didn't even want any concessions; I was just shocked by the condition of the theater. I paid at the window before entering, and I wish I had seen the inside first. To top it off, the seats didn't even recline, which was the icing on the cake for me. I have determined that I will never there again!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The staff was extremely rude. The girl in the box office was laying down so we didn’t see her initially walking inside and the doorman scolded us for coming inside first without stopping to have our tickets scanned. We then proceeded to stand in line for 10 minutes because on two registers were open so we thought but then an employee steps up from no where and starts taking other people who came in after us. Once we got to the counter the guy was extremely rude. Ruined the experience before we even go to see the movie. Seats were old and parking isn’t the greatest. Save yourself and go elsewhere.
