Diana tried to sell me a floor model backpack for FULL PRICE without even telling me.now i’m concerned everything i’ve purchased from this store is a floor model/sample/tester and I will not be purchasing any more items from this brand the second after I get my refund. She also refused to add my promo coupon directly from Coach that said it would work in stores and online. I would expect that from an outlet but not here. These Coach employees need to remember where they work…. The bottom rung of the luxury ladder, don’t act like you’re better.
