Love the price on the Coach outlet what I don't like if they charging you for boxes when you want to give a gift you have to pay for the Box not happy with that customer 100%

Decent selection, however prices much higher than expected for an"outlet". Staff could use some training on customer service.

We go there once or twice a year. Pre-Covid, we'd get an additional discount from the greeter. Now, they're afraid of passing along germs, but we still did very well w 60% off retail. The sales girl was very helpful to my wife, matching up a wallet to go w the purse! We'll go again next year!

Lots of beautiful COACH merchandise here for both Women and Men! Staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store.

It's a big 0 for me. My husband and I walked in and there were about 6 employees on the floor and only one helping a customer. NOT ONE EMPLOYEE GREETED US THE WHOLE TIME! I was in a black sundress, gym shoes and an old purse cause I'm not ruining my good purses on vacation. Two employees, a male and a female, looked at my husband and I from head to toe, gave a dirty look and started to whisper while staring at us. They both started to laugh and continued on with this rude behavior instead of greeting us or asking us if we needed help. I found a really cute purse but since I felt unwanted there I put it back and went across to Michael Kors. When we left my husband told me he will not let me buy anything from that store because of how rude they were. My husband is a pretty quiet guy and doesn't say much so if it must have really annoyed him. Only one employee on the floor at Michael Kors and she was amazing! And she sold me a lot of merchandise. Never go to this Coach store!
P. S.to the Coach employees: you work at an OUTLET store so your noses should not be all the way up in that air.

Large selection of purses and wallets. The sales team was helpful and worked hard to help us find the right gift.

NOT AN OUTLET! Yes they have some cost effective options but absolutely NOT an outlet as they don’t have have the same selection as the coach outlet website. Drove over 45 minutes to come here. Waste of time.

Not the Coach of old where the quality was much higher. All canvas and "pebbled" leather now. Didn't buy anything.

They have some beautiful items for sale but I had to leave because although the storewasnt busy, I couldn't get anyone to assist me.

The employees are very personable - every employee encounter exceeded my expectations. Management and staff went above and beyond to answer product questions and offer guidance. They assisted me in locating the perfect handbag to match my unique requirements. I will definitely shop this location again, not for the good outlet sale prices, but based solely upon the level of customer care I received.

The young ladies and gentlman that helped us on Saturday evening were so sweet and nice! He knew his history about Coach, it was a pleasure talking to him! I am so glad we were able to get in. The staff was very helpful helping me decide on the right size bag and the other young lady was helpful helping me pick out a laptop bag! Great experience shopping here. I can't wait to come back.

Good prices but I feel like the sales people pick and choose who may buy a lot and stick to helping them more. No customer service

Love Coach! Always tons of choices in stock and the staff is super knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to making the right purchase. They're not all just handbags either- they also carry clothing, shoes, sunglasses, wallets, men's products, belts, etc. And the sales/discounts are so worth it! Gotta love the coach outlet!
