Coast 2 Coast Cleaning, St. Petersburg FL

This is the first time I’ve ever written a review, but I just wanted to share my experience with this company. Over the phone they sounded great, I reached out to multiple companies and this one was the best deal (other companies reached out later with better prices, but I’ve already booked with this company so I decided to stick with them). I asked them to clean my 1,000 square foot apartment that has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I recently just moved in so the only places that were occupied were one bedroom and bathroom, while the rest of the house was empty, including cabinets. Scheduling and communicating with the company went well, until I came back home and looked at the cleaning. I specifically payed extra to get the inside of the fridge and oven cleaned, but that never happened. I also asked to get the inside of the closets, inside of the cabinets, and on top of shelves cleaned. Only some of the cabinets were cleaned, and the rest was untouched. I brought this aware to the person I scheduled with and they said no problem and apologized and said they would come back and clean it. After that the only thing that was cleaned was inside the fridge and oven. I tried to reach back and never got a response, it’s been over a week now. I promise you that other companies do have cheaper cleaning, and I bet they are more reliable then this one. I would recommend calling a different cleaning companies to get the best quote, some will even do a cheaper cleaning if you tell them the cheapest price you’ve gotten so far.

I used Coast 2 Coast cleaners for a deep clean of my house for a showing. Their professional staff came in and did wonders! They came in and went above and beyond, cleaning all the nooks and cranny’s I didn’t even know needed cleaning. Safe to say our house sold and I owe all my appreciation to the state of the house and how presentable Coast 2 Coast cleaning made it! I would absolutely go back and use them again for my next job!

Coast 2 Coast cleaned my apartment in downtown St. Pete. I left for a couple hours and went to the beach with my family. By the time we got back, the place looked better than it did when I moved in! I’ll be using them moving forward for some of my vacation rental properties
