During the month of December, I ran into some issues with some extended warranty contracts that I wanted to cancel. I contacted Nicholas Martin, and he immediately jumped into action and took care of the problem.

The contracts were cancelled the same day as he promised, and I received confirmation approximately 2 weeks later that the account was credited. Nicholas was extremely professional, courteous, and quickly resolved the issue.

His actions demonstrated that he truly cares about his customers being happy and about his company's reputation.

Employees like Nicholas Martin should be commended and considered for promotional advances.

Car shopping should be about the experience. We all know car shopping can stressful. Totally opposite at Coast GMC We made an appointment and told the dealer what we wanted in a new vehicle. Upon arrival we were greated by Juan. He got with his partner and helped us choose from cars in our price range. The process was smooth with no complaints. They were fair in negotiations (as we were as well. Everyone needs to make a living). They were able to exceed our expectations and we left with a great vehicle. The experience was excellent from sales to delivery. They even stayed past closing to see my deal was completed and not inconveniencing me by coming back in the morning.

A very friendly environment. Ashley is the best. She kept me informed all the time until I found a vehicle. She was always available when I called and had questions. I could not have asked for a better experience and for a better person to work with.

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with terrible from the buying experience. Too tag problems just overall terrible.

Bait and switch rip off dealership. They advertised a used car for $19,000. The car only had 17,000 miles on it. They added on a dealer fee of $1,000 and a reconditioning fee of $3,000 on the vehicle. Price out the door was over $26,000 on something they advertised at $19,000. What a total waste of time. Dealerships like this should be closed down. At least list these additional markups on your website so you don't waste people's time.

I went to Coast Buick with not much hope that I would be leaving with a car that I could afford, but I was wrong! Thanks to Carlos i left with a car i loved and could afford. Took my Enclave for service, took a week to get into the service dept, accidently left some valuables in the car, someone stold it. Someone there damaged the door on my car, cost me $500 to fix it. They did not even address the problem I took it in for, even though it was a known transmission problem and I was very specific about what it was doing. Never again!

Carlos worked hard for this sale, as I asked a lot. Even came in on his day off to personally hand over the keys. Great job!
