Worst experience ever! My dental hygienist was very aggressive, impatient, and rough when dealing with the care of my teeth and mouth. It was like she did not care that she was hurting me. Next year I will not be returning. Hard pass!

This was the worst dental experience I have ever had. I have already called their assistance line to get my x-rays so I can go somewhere else, and will be working with my insurance to dispute the cleaning services.
The exam was fine, got the x-rays done. After the exam, the x-ray technician then began the "cleaning". I am pretty positive she wasn't a hygienist because she kept telling me the hygienist will be in, but no one ever came. The cleaning only consisted of the polish, she did not get plaque or even floss. On top of that the polish went all over my face. It was done very poorly and very unprofessionally. They did not complete the proper routine for a cleaning and therefore I do not consider this service to have been completed, which is why I am disputing it with my insurance. In addition, I am wondering the qualifications of the individual who did the "cleaning", as I am considering making a report if this individual was not a certified hygienist.
Additionally, when I arrived they had me fill out all the paperwork again because they didn't have access to the online forms I had already done. This is very concerning to fill out forms with personal information only to find out that they don't even have access to them.
Go elsewhere this place is just terrible.

Know your insurance benefits and watch your wallet! My wife and I had cleanings in May and were told that our insurance didn't cover fluoride treatment so we agreed to pay and extra $23 each. When I reviewed my insurance explanation of benefits I saw that the insurance did in fact pay them for fluoride and waited a few weeks to get reimbursed, nothing. So I contacted the office and inquired about a refund and was assured it would be taken care of, waited again, and called again and again and again being assured several times that the refund would be paid in two weeks, this happened over and over with many different excuses. It's now November and I have been reimbursed $20.79 of the $46 overcharge. With all of the alternatives available I think that you could do better than getting ripped off by this place.

As a former physician, with severe dental anxiety, I know the amount of stress an anxious patient can place on a Dr.

Dr. Goodman AND staff exemplify quality empathetic care. Without hesitation I highly recommend Dr. Goodman and Coast Dental at this location.

The office and staff at Coast Dental Jacksonville are amazing! The office manager, Brittany, has been so patient with me and has answered every question I have had. She has made this office a better one and every one should come here. Best all around dental experience I have had.

The ladies here are amazing.
I would give them 10 stars instead of 5 if I could!

This office front staff is horrible the other front desk girl was so nice to work with changing offices.

Dr Goodman is the worst doctor I have ever seen. She has no experience. She was rude she was unprofessional. She is slow. The assistants had more experience and knowledge than the own doctor. I would never let this doctor do any procedures on me or my kids.

All of the staff was super friendly. I was taken back within a few minutes of my appointment time. My first experience was very pleasant.

My fiancée went there and they bruised her whole mouth, the left cuts on her face and all. Stay away from this company, we will be pursuing legal action

I had to have two teeth pulled and it was a good experience! Everyone in the office is so nice and very helpful! I would recommend this place to everyone!

Been going to this location for several of years now, went in today for my family cleanings and had a cleaning done by Jen, it felt so good and she really was great with the kids, and explained everything to us. We meet the new Dr. Goodman and she was very sweet.

The office stuff were very friendly and Dr. Goodman is very gentle and Neveen was gentle with my cleaning and Jen went over my treatment plan and explained everything to me so well and why I needed the type of cleaning I needed. Thank you all

Came in this morning had my cleaning done with Jen it was the best cleaning so soft and gentle and I will follow her for life.

I went to the office today, and had a cleaning and a check up, Jen did my cleaning and it was amazing, she was so gentle, and it was relaxing I even went to sleep, first time that has happened to me. Dr. Goodman came in after to do the check up and she was so sweet.

I can not even begin to express how my visit went today, it was flawless and the Jen she was so cheerful this morning, checked me in, then took me right back and cleaned my teeth, it was the best cleaning I have ever had and my life and she was beyond gentle and cleaned my face after, she just went above and beyond, and then Dr. Goodman came in and she was also very nice! Best experience at the office this far!

I love this office staff was nice, Jen was so nice to talk to while my nephew was getting his work done!
