Absolutely horrible experience as a new customer. I showed up early for my appointment, the office took a patient who was not scheduled in my slot and I proceeded to wait 50 minutes after my appointment time before being taken to an exam room. I was then informed that they did not have a dentist present to complete my physical examination and that I would have to book another separate appointment to actually see a dentist. Do not go here if you are used to professional customer service.

First off I can't believe I don't remember her name fr but I belive she said Nicole. This is not her normal office but she owned it that day to me lol. The front desk lovely agent was superb from scheduling over the phone to day of check in. Then I got to the back and met Nicole? And the vibe was there. Lol she did so good on my teeth I didn't want to leave. I'm sad I have to wait 6 whole months. Her plan was perfectly executed and picked. I even purchased teeth whitening by my request and toothpaste for added protection.her recommendation. I can not stop smiling. I am so happy I switched dentists and first time feeling this happy about my teeth treatment. Last I scheduled my bf in 2 weeks bc he also will be switching. You gained 2 new happy clients.

The dental hygienist was ready when we arrived, the procedure though invasive, was performed flawlessly and we were in and out earlier than anticipated. The staff were friendly, patient, and informative.

This dentist needs to have better training before putting mold in any patient’s mouth! He doesn’t know what he’s doing and going to choke someone to death.

The girl who cleaned my teeth was very good and thorough. The office staff were very friendly, but it would be better if they had a doctor in the office. The video conference with the doctor was a little strange.

If you need a dental cleaning, Pravallika is the person to do it. My teeth feel amazingly clean and she gave me lots of tips on how to maintain this perfection.

Nasema Ortho Asst is doing excellent on my teeth today. I really appreciate that she check in on me which I got bad effect and improvement!

What a great team at this office! I've never felt so comfortable and valued at a dentist office in my life! Had my teeth cleaned yesterday and today I had two crowns.and I feel great! I can't believe I'm saying this but I'm really looking forward to another visit to the dentist!

I was foolishly coerced into an Invisalign treatment by these snake oil salesmen in August '22 with automatic payments of $200 made by me every month. Did the teeth molds and was told I'd be contacted when the trays arrived.

4 months later with no calls, no updates, no correspondence, but I'm still paying! Whenever I called I was told there were "delays". December '22 I decide I've had enough of paying for services I'm not receiving. Ask to cancel the order and get a refund.

I've been given so many different excuses by several different people over there. Supervisor's away at a funeral, the 3rd party billing service has to stop the payments (I called them and they said that's not true), corporate has to approve the refund, etc.

As of February '23 I've paid $1400 for a product I've never received. DO NOT get involved with these people!

I have had a lot of work done at other places and it was nothing compared to the care that I received here. Dr. Maitham was calm and confident and his work showed why; he was incredible and it felt painless. The dental assistant Dusty had very nice conversation with me and it made me feel comfortable and really made me feel as ease. Thank you both, you were rockstars! I am usually very scared to get dental work and now I am not, I also feel a new feeling of working with this office forever and taking better care of my teeth. Thanks again!

The worst experience I have ever, I secluded appointment, they called the day before to confirm it, and to ask me come earlier, which I did. When I arrived they told me no manger available to check my insurance. They told I have to pay for the service if I want to do it. I requested the manger to call me also I a called them again no one called me back. Unprofessional management and front disk, attitude even they didn’t apologise. What type of manger don’t flow up. They want just to charge me money even when I have insurance.

The attention to detail and no pain policy in place was beautiful! X-Rays were quick and easy. The doctor was very pleasant and super friendly. The oral hygienist took great care of me. I’m very content with the overall cleaning results. Great staff, friendly atmosphere. Though I would recommend some ambiance music and perhaps a TV with positive nature views etc. I also miss my previous hygienist Narhalie; however, we all have personal goals in life and I’m sure she’s simply climbing up the ladder of success. Other than that, amazing!

Horrible went in to get my teeth cleaned and had one tooth of concern. They did a poor job cleaning my teeth and also told me that I needed a root canal which I did not understand as it did not even hurt so I went to get a second opinion and just like I thought all I needed was a first level filling. These people are just out to get money even if it means telling you you need something that you don’t.

I've gotten almost all of my dental surgeries here and they been ok.the problem isn't the dentist, he's awesome.it's the people in the front office. For some reason they have no understanding of customers service or general kindness. There are some new charges apparently that have never been there each time I've had surgery and instead of explaining it in detail as to why I am paying these new charges, she becomes rude and aggravated because I don't know what she's talking about. So I stayed silent and walked out because I don't have time for ignorance today but really take other people into consideration sometime will you.

Started going to Coast dental last year, the people who did my cleanings and the dentist were great. The lady who answers the phone and the woman in billing are rude and for a lack of a better word “stupid”. I decided to cancel my future appointments and find another dentist after several issues with billing and insurance. In the past few months it seemed they always sent me a second bill after performing work. They blamed the insurance company the insurance company blamed them. The last visit I had they reported more to the insurance company than what was actually performed. It took the billing department over three months to return my call to discuss the issue and when I finally was able to speak with someone about it the woman talked down to me and was disrespectful. Save yourself the hassle and find a better dentist to see.

In this day in age to have a truly professional, caring and dedicated to the patient medical needs. The Hygienist and staff are one in a million.

My experience with Coast Dental was great, the receptionist was very nice an the manager was great. The technician where very helpful an took good care of me. I was very comfortable for the first time at a Dentist Office

Absolutely the worst experience in a dental office, ever. The Dr.was arrogant, demeaning, and concerned only for money. The crowns I received are over-sized and look terrible. I am willing to bet that his "staff" are not qualified to treat patients.
Additionally, the inept staff put me through collections, without ONCE contacting me. If not for not wanting to ding my excellent credit, I would take this clown to court!

This is my first visit at South Coast Dental, the staffs are nice, friendly and helpful, especially the hygienist, Miss Pravallika Kakulla and the support staff, Miss Marwa Safa, they both have excellent service. Will recommend this Dentist to everyone
