Coast Dental, Gainesville FL

It would have been a 5, but the appt I made with the call center wasn't actually locked in. I arrived ahead of time only to find out I wasn't on the schedule. Thank goodness someone didn't show for their appt & I was able to be seen! The staff was great & the hygienist explained everything to me. I left happy!

As a first time patient, I was pleasantly surprised to finally find a dental office with friendliness and character! I had an emergency and they were able to fit me in right away and take care of me. I highly recommend this place to any and everybody!

I was a bit nervous after my first visit a couple of weeks ago, as the office seemed very confused & communication wasn't great. I had 2 extractions this morning and Dr Hill was AWESOME! I knew it was a tough spot, but Dr Hill did SO much to make me comfortable and make sure we BOTH were on the same page about this, as well as future course of treatment. She gently removed the roots that needed to come out and definitely made his one of the BEST dental experiences I have ever had. I will definitely stick with them while they get the office together, because Dr HILL WAS GREAT. Clearly very experienced and good at what she does. Do be patient with them while they get staffing & office fine tuned!

Please save yourself some time and think twice before scheduling an appointment at Coast Dental in Gainesville. The worst location and service possible for something as important as dental care.

The staff was friendly yet professional. They gave honest answers to my concerns (i.e. ; is it going to be painful?). Prices were much more reasonable than last dentist I used. I would recommend Coastal Dental to my family and friends.

The office does not answer the phone. The office does not even have a real dentist on site. Recommend a different dentist.

It was awesome so glad that I could come in and check out y’all service it was quick and service was great and the dental staff and i will be back when I have any problems I will refer y’all to anyone having teeth problems or just looking for a dentist

Everyone in the office is kind and helpful. My hygienist was so gentle and kind. I love this place

When I went to the clinic, Erika told me that the front desk person who handles insurance information etc will be here soon. Well, she didn’t come even after 15 minutes. Erika said, she was not sure when the front desk person will come so me and couple of other people who had appointment, had to leave without treatment.

Everyone was very nice, especially Erika my hygienist is the best she's taking very good care of my teeth and my gums she also taught me how to take better care of my gums. Plus she has a awesome plan in place to help my teeth and gums to stay healthy, and I'm so grateful.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! Take this from MD that visited the clinic today. They DO NOT have a doctor at the clinic. There is only a hygienist and there is a possibility of seeing a doctor in the far future and in the meantime they will offer $$$ service. All they did is took 15 Xrays of my teeth and told me to pay money if i want to obtain my records back I also have to pay. Save yourself some time and visit an actual dentist.

After changing over from my former dental office (which had me waiting for one hour after my appointment, leaving me in the patient's chair for another hour with a numbed face, and having the cavity filling from this horrific visit fall out), this new dental office saw me in a timely manner (within 10 minutes after my appointment time). This new dental office also did the x-ray and cleaning within the same appointment, which I really liked.

Management, organization and customer service is very satisfactory.

This review is for the location in Newberry square in Gainesville Florida. I love the new dentist they have and the other employees there are very friendly. It's more than I can say for their other location in Gainesville.
