Coast Dental, Fort Myers FL

I dont know how this place is still in business or how it's even a dentist's office anymore. The amount of times they've called to reschedule my appt makes me think they just don't have anyone working. I wonder why that is? I was just informed of a policy change when they called to reschedule my appt. The change means they aren't open on Fridays. So one day before my appt, which was supposed to be on a Friday they call me at 440pm to say we arent open tomorrow. Why wouldn't you finish out the week at least? I tried asking when they changed the policy and the lady just kept throwing dates at me to reschedule. No thanks.

My visit today was probably the most complete professional experience i’ve ever had with a dental office every one was very thorough, friendly and competent.

30 minutes after appointment time I still was not seen. But a bunch of other people went in ahead of me and they had later appointments. Offered to reschedule. Two months out. Nice!

Four times.they have rescheduled my appointment four times. I don't understand why you would continuously book people on a Friday and turn them away half the time without a call or text or email. I am so glad that I called before my last "appointment" because they told me the office was closed that day. Thank god i didnt drive down ther for nothing. If they cancel your appointment they then have a system that constantly texts you to schedule another one which seems pointless since they never keep your appointment anyways. I don't understand how they can be this incompetent at scheduling. Stay far away from here because going to the dentist is hard enough for most people but here it's impossible.

Never go to this place! I scheduled and appointment for May 19th, which was a nightmare to schedule because they won’t answer the phone. It is a pian to get a hold of them. After I called to reschedule because they canceled the original appointment they try to reschedule me for the same day (May 19th) at the same time they where trying to cancel. I’m so glad I canceled with them. Always read the reviews.

Worst dentist office ever. Have you waiting for a while before doing anything. Unprofessional office and dirty would not recommend to anyone.incompetent doctor has nothing better to do but waste peoples time. Find a new place there are plenty of good dentist around.

I would recommend this office to anyone. Professional and employees very pleasant. Happy with work I've had done.

Worst of the worst. They will lie to you from day one. New patients get routed to a call center which is not connected with the office and even though they might tell you youre scheduling a cleaning its actually going to be an exam and then you have to schedule another appointment for the cleaning because you obviousy have tons of free time to spend unnecessarily at the dentist.

My application was right on time. All details were laid out to me. Any concerns I may have had were addressed by the hygienist.it was a very good visit.

And Dr was great as well
No pain and if you can say that from a dental appointment
That’s saying a lot!

The ladies up front were very polite, helpful and new what they were doing. Jose the technician also very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Very thorough and patient in explaining everything. The Doctor as well, Overall a very calming environment and great team.

It is so nice to know that I have a dental office with integrity. They only charge you for what you actually need and what they actually do. An example is, they gave me a proposal for a new crown and build up. Which I accepted. Upon removing the old crown, Dr. Starner discovered that no build up was required. I was only charged for the crown. I would not have known the difference and I am sure that a lot of other dentists would have charged the full amount since the proposal was accepted. Integrity is in short supply in today's world.

I was extremely happy with my visit at Coast Dental today. I was seen in a timely manner. Everything was explained to me thoroughly. The procedure was done with the least amount of pain possible. This was at the location in grand bay plaza in Fort Myers. I had been to the location in North Fort Myers and had a horrible experience. Total opposite of this location

The people working at the front purposely never answer the phone they let it go to voicemail every single time, you cant get in contact with them.this place suddenly decides that they dont take my insurance without any warning at all. ITS ALSO VERY STRANGE THAT THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE EVERYBODY DO XRAYS AGAIN.
