Diane, who is the front desk receptionist! Is so kind so professional and knows the ins an outs of insurance struggles/ questions she has every customers best interest at heart an she makes the visit so pleasant carefree an easy she gives you the care favor you are looking for an the safety ab security you want when handing your personal needs love her!

Dental team was on time in meeting scheduled appointment, accomplished dental procedure efficiently with pleasant attitude. Sanitation procedures were adhered to during all aspects of the visit.

These people even remembered that I like to soak up the sun from one phone cal. Very nice and helpful people…had to go back and fast service

Just want to say thank you Coast Dental for being such a good experience for my first time there everything went well and I really enjoyed the place everybody was nice and polite I love the respect that you give to the customers that come in you made me very happy and feel welcome.

Everyone was most helpful. They even called my transportation after the appointment to assure I was picked up. While I was there Diane went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. My dentist and his assistant did such a great job. I'm so thankful this is where I go for my dental needs.

Dr Omar gets an A plus from this former teacher of 36 years! He is the "BEST" dentist I have ever had, hands down.and I am 76 years old. No pain, very gentle, and the most comfortable I have ever been when getting a temporary crown. Seemed like a piece of cake and I had anticipated some pain and tension! Never happened! He has a wonderful personality and seems very empathetic and caring about his patient's needs! Kudos to him!?

I made my appointment six weeks in advance in North Melbourne. I scheduled for a Friday because that is my day off. The day before my appointment they called and said it would have to be postponed by three hours, which worked better for me since I work until 2 AM and I live 40 miles from this office. Three hours before my appointment they texted me and cancelled the appointment stating the doctor had an emergency so I would have to reschedule. When I tried to reschedule, I was informed that "they no longer accept new patients on Friday". I told them I have Thursday the 26th off and that would be good, but have yet to get a response. FYI, this cancellation was all done by text message. Unprofessional and extremely disappointing.

Hands down the worst dental group ever! You can never get a hold of them directly, phone is always busy and mailbox is full. The only way to even communicate with them is through a foreign call center and they screwed up all my appointments. All I needed was a wisdom tooth extracted and I wasted months trying to get that done. They said I needed a dental surgeon. The call center sent me to an office 1.5 hours away for my extraction. I get there and they charge me $105 to see the dental surgeon and she said sorry this is just the consultation, you will have to come back. I already had a consultation at the Melbourne office. They refuse to refund the second consultation fee that I paid thinking it was for the extraction. I called another dentist and got an appointment 4 days later and the tooth was extracted same visits, took him 30 minutes with no surgery and cost 50% less than what they tried to charge me. DO NOT GO HERE!

Got my bridge today and it is beautiful. It fit perfectly with no adjustments. Thank you to Dr Omar and Nancy for the excellent care and results. Very happy with the degree of professionalism and great attention to details and great skills.

It was fine but didn't care for seeing a dentist on line instead of in person. My hygienist, however, Monica was excellent!

I have always hated the dentist and have been traumatized from past experiences. I was nervous about going again but the staff at this location are the best. Everyone is very nice and made me feel comfortable and they are doing a great job with the dental work that I need to get. They made the experience as painless as possible. If your looking for a dental office I would 10/10 recommend.

Dr. Omar Elkhabbaz and his girls from the desk, his assistant’s & hygienists are great. I have been going threw 7 years of going to dentists each one giving me another way to fix something. Dr. Elkhabbaz explained and figured out what had to be done sent me to a oral surgeon I was confident in and he agreed. Got that work done and then he had a way to make a upper denture and lower partial that every other dentist did work arounds on and they never worked. Other dentists never explained the basic problems (to them anyway) He listens and has a great personality. You can talk to him and he and his people listen. I want to say thank you to EVERYONE in the office and Dr. Elkhabbaz your the best.

Very thorough and enjoyable. Great staff. Nice professional experience from check in, thru panorama x-ray, thru bite wing x-rays, thru tele-health visit with doctor to review x-rays, thru cleaning, thru gum treatment, to arranging next appointment to exit. Little time wasted or idle for the whole process.

This was my first visit with Coast Dental. All of the staff members were so nice and my initial paperwork was available and reviewed prior to my appointment. My X-rays and dental exam was quite thorough and I was surprised at all the state of the art equipment that was available for diagnosis.
Much thanks to my dental hygienist and X-ray technician who made me feel at ease and explained everything and answered all my questions. All collected data including X-rays and measurements of teeth etc were submitted to the dentist who reviewed and discussed the plan of care with me.
Before I left both secretaries had printed my appointment schedule and answered all questions regarding health history cost of treatment and medications. I was very happy with the care and impressed at how friendly everyone was. I highly recommend this dental office.
