They were trying to give me a big bill! Ni cleaning was done that day! I had to ask to reschedule!

Dr Matthew Robin and his dental assistant were the best. He was very kind and caring, he is gentle and made everything as easy as possible with my complex case. I highly recommend Dr. Robin. Office staff is great too!

Coast Dental never sent a claim to my dental insurance company. I paid $175 upfront. I spoke with my insurance and was told Coast Dental never sent them anything. So, I had to send my insurance the receipt for reimbursement. My insurance also tried and tried (2 diff.people at different times) calling them via 3-way call regarding the visit and they could not get a hold of anyone at this office. NEVER had I had to do something like this. Ridiculous! Also, staff did not introduce themselves except for the front desk lady who was very patient and kind enough to notify me of wait time. We waited 1 hr total since we arrived 20 mins early. The hygienist was not personable, could care less kind of attitude, rude and did not completely do her job. There was no dentist at the office, it was a telemed kind of visit with the dentist which took 1-2 mins. They said they don't have a dentist every Friday. The whole office, staff, with the exception of the front desk person, it was a horrible experience. That will be our first and last visit. I regret we even wasted that one visit there. I believe other reviewers after experiencing this myself because it is all true. I wish I had read the reviews before making an appt. It would've saved me all this trouble. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE!

Stay away from this company. They will try to reap you off. They want to charge you and force you to buy something that you do not agree with.

Doctor explained everything that needed to be done in a way I understood and the front desk has worked with me to make that affordable. I am a self pay patient.

I scheduled an appointment for a routine x-rays and cleaning using my insurance. I made sure they accepted the insurance I have. I arrived on time. It took them over an hour to see me. As soon as I entered the waiting room, the sales pitch began. There is so much upselling at this place.very unconfortable. I felt I was at a time sharing event or a used car dealer. I ended up walking out because they refused to do the basic cleaning. I do not recommend this place.
UPDATE:
The response from the owner lists a number for the "Quality Assurance Line", when infact it's just the main scheduling line. When asked if there is a QAL, I was told no. This is a very shady practice, I advise NO ONE to go there!

They have a whole new staff here, and I just experienced the worst visit I’ve ever had, by far. Just went in for my cleaning and left $1000 poorer, feeling like I got conned by a bad mechanic. And it was the worst cleaning on top of it all. I’m never going back here

Started here being a patient for the first few visits and found Rhonda the hygienist be providing over price deep cleanings. First appointment provided an estimate for about $700. When came in for over to get the work done. And was told the work was going to be around $1200. What happen to being honest in pricing.

My appointment was for 8: 30 but did not get called in u til 8: 45. Cleaing was fine and staff friendly. Prices on treatments seems high. I have some Insurance on basic treatments but needed antibiotics for gums and pricing seemed excessive.

Staff was very kind and so helpful today. They made me smile after hearing a bad diagnosis.

Only downside was the slow service and some outdated tech.

I give them a 5, everyone was very kind and understanding. I was so impress how everyone worked together. They all made me feel very confertable and special. Koodos! For the Dr.and the nurse that took care of me. They explained everything to make sure I understood all the procedures. Love this place.
I cannot say how wonderful this place is. My apolntment today was so great. The nurse Elie was the best and the Dr.also. Can't wit for my next appointment.

I have never visited Coast dental. My experience with them was phenomenal! The doctor was very down to earth. All of his staff was very professional, courteous, and helpful. They all worked together and came up with a plan that not only remedies the problems I had but also fit my budget. Great team work! Excellent low cast plan. The front desk receptionist at check-in was very informative and made sure that everything was completed accurately and my insurance was going to cover half of my cost. I would recommend this dental office to everyone I know.

Dr John is a compassionate loving doctor that explained everything to helped me understand. Ellie and the entire staff is warm, caring and compassionate. Highly recommended. Great experience.

I had a wonderful experience. I had an emergency toothe extraction having a complete fear of dentists from bad experiences in the past, I felt like this Dentiat cared and was as gentle as possible. I hooe i never have to go back but would if the event occured again.

Everyone is so great! They all are so sweet. Thanks you guys! Will really miss Ellie when she retires.
