I will add my name to the deep cleaning scam these people are famous for. I wish I would have read the many reviews of this scam. If they decide they want to leave the dentistry field, they could start a used car dealership. They already have the skills necessary.

It took almost 3 hours for them to extract my tooth, and my neck (4-level fusion in May '23) got all sore and wrenched because my head was not stabalized at all during entire procedure.
Then, I waited another 20 minutes for the desk to print prescriptions with the correct name on them;
Then I was not given post-surgery instructions until the following day. My stitches came out after less than 24 hours. I called to speak with my doctor. No one even answered. I called the hotline, and STILL NO CALL BACK. Now it is Friday evening, so I guess I try my hand at preventing infection on my own.
Don't waste your money. Worst place ever.

Outstanding experience. I had upper right #1and #2 teeth removed. There was NO pain the dentist, Dr Natalie May and her staff were outstanding. I highly recommend them.

Dr.da Costa and his team are the best I have had. He is very gentle, caring, and makes sure you are comfortable. He makes it so easy to understand what he is doing. The whole office staff is very welcoming and nice. 100% recommend coming to see him and is team, they are the BEST!

If I could give lower than one star, I would. I have not been a patient there in more than 4 or 5 years. I stopped being a patient there because they kept trying to scam me with deep cleaning charges for a routine clean. I went to another dentist and they did not understand why they're trying to make me pay for a deep clean. Now, 4+ years later, I have been receiving multiple text messages in the last 2 weeks stating that I owe them $20. FOUR + YEARS LATER. I have called this location on multiple occasions with sevreal voicemails and no returned phone calls. And no one ever seems to answer the phone either. I have tried other avenues to try to get to billing and tell them what's going on. I get told they can't transfer me but they will request a call back to which I have yet to receive one.it's an absolute scam and a joke of their customer service and billing department, in addition to the fact that they tried to scam me years ago.

The ladies behind the counter will talk bad about you in Spanish as if you cant speak it. Stay away from here, very unprofessional. As a first time patient the experience was terrible and completely a waste of time. They have no common courtesy regarding wait times and communicating with you directly. You do not matter to them. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Walked in; checked in; sat down & within seconds was called back. The techs, Dr. May & the hygienist were professional, coring, and explained everything they were going to do and did. I hate going to the dentist, but they made what could’ve been an uncomfortable experience, more than tolerable. I highly recommend them.

My mother’s dentist is thorough, patient, and sweet! Considering she has advanced dementia and needs much work done, this facility is wonderful!

My experience with Dr.da Costa was amazing! He was not only highly skilled but also very understanding. He is great at explaining every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand. Very seldom write reviews, however COASTAL DENTAL in Cape Coral Fl.deserves and has earned my trust as a faithful patient. Dr. Rehsi and the entire staff’s professionalism, welcoming, and service is next to no other dental office, and as a professional in my 70’s there have been a few. I sincerely thank each and everyone of you and God willing I’ll see you in a few months.

First time patient. Went in for a teeth cleaning. Started X-rays then wanted to do oral cancer X-rays as an additional cost which I rejected. Did the Gum testing and saw the doctor on TV? Then gave me a price of over 1200.00 for a deep cleaning. They would not do a regular teeth cleaning unless I spent the 1200.00 first for a deep cleaning. My teeth are average looking teeth. This place is a scam, ripoff and wasted my time. Beware.

Dr. May was super nice and informative, she made sure I was ok with what they have to do, and they gave me options. I really liked all of the staff! I'm going to become a regular patient there. That's how much I liked the office.
