Dentist Coast Dental reviews
18My dental assistant was the best I’ve ever had. Mia truly cares about her patients and it shows in even the smallest details. I will definitely return to have her clean my teeth next time.
Dr. Martinez my dentist that examined me today in Ruskin, FL, was so great. She was kind and very professional.
The staff at Coast Dental are always courteous and caring, Keyla Hernandez especially makes my visit as comfortable as possible. My thanks to all of them.
The staff is really nice, takes great care to make you as comfortable as possible, and provides good support for taking care of your teeth.
Everyone from the receptionist to Danielle and the hygienist made me feel that they will do all they can to assure I have the best teeth as possible. Kudos to the entire team.
Initial consult as a new patient with insurance is covered per my insurance provider. Before they even took me back they said it would be $112…for x rays (that are covered by insurance) and for an oral cancer screening. The oral cancer screening is elective. However they said this was required prior to moving onto “the next step”. This is predatory practice. Needless to say we did not proceed. Made an appt with another dentist that was $0 with insurance to include X-rays, panoramic X-ray, and a cleaning. Please do not fall for the tactic of “you have to pay in order to proceed with care”.
Incredible service! Katie, Norma, Keyla and Pablo always make sure I have a wonderful visit. I will definitely be referring those individuals to all of my friends and family!
I WOULDNT ADVISE ANYONE TO COME TO THIA PLACE ITS HORRIBLE EVEN IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE THEY STILL WANT U TO PAY PITIFUL
There is good professionalism, good hygiene, good attention from all the staff who attend me and the most important thing is that I do not feel any discomfort in the work they do for me, thanks to all the staff
The dental hygienist was extremely thorough and made sure I was comfortable. She was understanding when I asked to put my headphones in (the sounds of the equipment make me nervous). If I had her as my hygienist for my entire dental journey, I can guarantee I would have been a lot more compliant. Going forward, I will not hesitate to keep my cleaning appointments. Great experience!
The appointment was for my wife and I was very pleased with how they accommodated her expectations. She said the music selection was soothing. The dental cleaning was painless and applied with a gentle touch. The after action instructions were clear and concise. I too, am pleased with the outcome both visibly and pricewise. GREAT JOB!
Was a little nervous at first, but they made me feel comfortable. I just wanted to know why it takes so long to get dentures
This was the worst experience I ever had at a dentist visit. I will not recommend Coast Dental. I belong to a social website group that has a fifteen mile radius from SCC and will tell all how bad it was. The service was bad and I was also scammed.
If I could give 0 stars I would. These people scam u out of ur money. I also had a emergency we’re I got a infection in a old filling I would call and call and they would give me the run around one time I called and they left me on hold and never came back to the phone. I ended up having to go to dental walk in clinic of Tampa bay as a emergency because I had pus in my gums that would make my nose and cheek hurt thankfully the Tampa dental walk in took care of my situation something coast dental did not want to do. I regret getting my fillings there I wasted over 2k there. I had also tried to set up a appointment just for cleaning and they didn’t want to give me one they used the excuse that the doctor wasent taking my insurance that he was sending all his patients with my type of insurance to there river view location I called them and they said they weren’t aware of that so they lied
Would give it zero stars if i can do not go here! Very unprofessional they hung up in my face & told me i can go somewhere because They made a mistake i will happily go elsewhere
I had 10 small cavities from old fillings and one big one. They made sure I was numbed well and the procedures went great. No pain and done fast. Thx
Worst customer service! Every time I go they try to upsell me on stuff I don’t need. The office is dirty and outdated. Most of the staff is nice but the office manager is always rude and unprofessional. They called me several times to change my appointment time and day and I made adjustments to accommodate. When I showed up for my appointment the door was locked. I knocked on the door and called. On the first call, the person hung up on me and the second time I called the office manager answered and said I was late. They opened the door and had an attitude, turning lights aggressively. The dental assistant rolled her eyes as I sat in my seat and the other staff was complaining. According to their office hours they were supposed to be open for at least another hour. I was the one accommodating them and the staff just wanted to go home and they were being rude and nasty. I will never go back there! Go somewhere else!
So far my experience has been good, the hygienist was great, the staff friendly. However my original reason for needing to come to the dentist still hasn't been addressed, two appointments in and I still haven't got to actually see the dentist yet, and the next nearest appointment is literally 3 months away, which will mean it will be *4* months from my initial appointment to actually seeing the dentist. It would have been helpful if they had told me this initially, and scheduled me a separate appointment to see the dentist when they scheduled my cleaning.
