Dr. Irina Jones and her staff are awesome! Their kindness and professionalism is No. 1. Dr. Jones listened to my needs with a smile and made each one of my visits very nice. Her staff was always pleasant and very helpful. I am so pleased with the work she has done. Fast, friendly and dedicated to their patients needs. I highly recommend them to anyone. I am very sorry that I don’t remember the name of the doctor who saw me when I was there, but she was amazing. I was very nervous about my visit because sadly, I hadn’t been to dentist in a very long time, so I was afraid of what they were going to find. She was so detailed with everything she explained to me. I understood everything she explained so well, because she did it patiently and calmly, even though the office was busy and she had other patients to see. I felt very comfortable with her, which then helped with how nervous I was. I immediately scheduled an appointment to see her again, and am not the least bit nervous about the procedures that are scheduled to be done. Please look up my name in your system because I’m sure you have records of which doctor saw me. I hope she sees this.

12/21/2023- for this most recent visit I had to have a crown seated. Dr. Jones patiently explained what she needed to do and then gently went about getting my new crown seated. The process was quick and thorough. She took x-rays to make sure the crown was properly situated before cementing it in place. She was cognizant of my anxiety and took great care to ensure I experienced as little discomfort as possible.
Dr. Jones is a patient and kind dentist, and I appreciate her demeanor when I am there. This was a good experience, despite the fact that I had to go to the dentist.

Dr. He and her staff were great. They worked quick yo set me at ease and even quicker to complete the task at hand and get me on my way. They were kind, gentle and professional.

Great dentists and they give you the real reasons that they can do what they can with what you got

If you have an appointment be prepared to wait an hour or more, then sit in your dental chair for another 30 minutes to an hour. By the time you get done it is at least 2.5 to 3 hours later. Also, I heard the desk lady on the phone saying they are over booked. What a joke! Avoid Avoid Avoid!

Beware. This place claims to do work that were never preformed and submitting claims on your behalf to insurance providers - again, for work **never performed. Or requested and agreed upon. These people do not have your best interests in mind; only their bottom line. You’ve been warned.

Had an appointment to get a root canal - my first one & I dreaded it lol.arrived a little early & didn't even have to wait very long. Astrid, the dental assistant was really nice & made things smooth & easy! Dr was very efficient - I thought! The infection came back & she had to redo things & less than a year later I had issues & had to go to another dentist than Dr He. He said the root canal failed. Called Dr He she never would call me back just had her front desk asst. Jen call me. Issue never resolve and my tooth needs to be extracted $1250 & my tooth LOST. BEWARE!
Still not resolved - even the corporate office not helpful. Gave a one becasue ZERO or NEGATIVE not an option. Again BEWARE!

Hands down worst experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. It’s like they heard I was paying out of pocket and had a hay day with adding on things that weren’t even wrong with my teeth.
Scammed me into getting the $99 discounted payment plan with no discount on anything.
Went home and bought dental insurance for $250 for the year through delta dental and scheduled a cleaning at a different office.
Places like this should be shut down, you guys take an oath when you go through school to treat everyone equally and make sure everyone gets adequate care, not to see how much money you can get out of an individual.

The dentist was extremely compassionate with me which is hard to find. I have a chronic illness that has absolutely taken my smile away. She was very understanding and familiar with it. She gave me a referral for a oral surgeon and I will be back to her for work in between my surgery. The assistant I had was also very kind.

I have been seeing Dr. Irina Jones for the past 2 years as my dentist. She has been absolutely phenomenal; very caring, gentle, knowledgeable and non-judgmental! She has helped with my overall dental care as well as clear aligners. Highly recommend!

Dr. Jones on 4th Street N.is truly an Amazing Dentist. I have been going to her for years! She keeps my teeth wonderful and never has done any unnecessary work for profit! She is also kind and gentle with me & my teeth! I just got another cavity filling today and she truly does great work as I am very, very picky about my teeth and she has helped me Preserve an amazing smile!
