Coast Dental, Orange Park FL

I wouldn't give this place a single star if I didn't have to. I take my elderly grandmother here. Appointments were rescheduled numerous times, then when I finally get an actual time to come in the office was closed and locked up.nobody there. Called and was put through to a different office and told she did not show to have an appointment. To top it off they are essentially holding my grandmothers dentures hostage as nobody will come into the office.most certainly one of the worst dentists I've been to.

Unprofessional and unfriendly staff. I have rescheduled all of my families dental appointments at another location.

I have been reading some of your posts. Are you sure you went to Coast Dental? Because, I was just there on Monday, and I had a great experience! I was greated by Monique, when I walked through the door. The staff in the back, were amazing! Over all, my experience was fantastic! I would highly recommend them to my family and friends! Thank you, Coast Dental!

Staff very unprofessional! Insurance called to verify authorization for oral surgeon and was told by Monique the receptionist that they don't know when they will get to it they have other people waiting also. Insurance agent recommended I file a complaint on the office. Dental assistant phone was ringing in my ear as she done my x-rays along with chewing on hard candy. Please if you can avoid this office do so.

DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST THEY CHARGED INSURANCE FOR VISIT. INSURANCE COMPANY CHANGED AFTER VISIT. REFUSES TO SEND REFERRAL TO NEW COMPANY. CHARGES $18 TO YOU FOR COPIES OF X-RAYS KNOWING INSURANCE ONLY PAYS FOR X-RAYS ONCE A YEAR. SAYS IT CAN TAKE 48 HOURS. BUT, PROCEEDS TO INFORM US SHE HAS NO DENTAL ASSISTANT SO IT WILL TAKE A WEEK AND ONE HALF. IT HAS BEEN 9 DAYS SINCE THE VISIT, WE JUST FOUND OUT THEY NEVER SENT THE REFERRAL 20 MINUTES AGO. MY WIFE IS IN SEVERE EXCRUCIATING PAIN. TWO TEETH TO BE PULLED AND 1 ROOT CANAL. YET MONIQUE AND COAST DENTAL THINK IT IS OK TO LEAVE PATIENTS LIKE THIS.
FIND ANOTHER DENTIST. SAVE YOURSELF

Was not greeted when I entered the office. I signed in to the sheet on the clipboard (which was directly in front of the receptionist - she didn't even look up). Minimal wait time, but when hygienist called my name to bring me back, he did not even introduce himself (only knew his name because I asked for it at checkout). During my cleaning, I was literally "showered" with water (at one point, I sat up because it was dripping down my chin to my neck and back - hygienist grabbed a paper towel and attempted to dry me off). The hygienist was very rough as he cleaned my teeth - pushing my lips up with his fingers; grabbing my head and tilting it as he needed; forcefully using the cleaning instruments; etc. And I understand all of this is necessary, but I've never had a hygienist be that "aggressive" in the process. It was the absolutely most painful and upsetting experience. At one point, I was ready to just leave the office. And I won't even begin to explain the scheduling nightmares I've encountered. I usually don't leave negative reviews, but this one is well deserved.

Was greeted by Kanisha, very welcoming and sweet. My hygienist Erica always takes great care of me, just a sweetheart. Just met Dr Wendy, very informative helpful and nice! I always LOVE coming every 6 months to get my teeth cleaned. I thank all of them. Thank you Shirley Grace!

My mother went to see Dr. Wendy Vienneau to get her teeth looked at after years and years of not going to the dentist. Her and Maggie took a long time talking to us and explaining the teeth situation and repair options. They were very kind and patient especially when explaining what the insurance would and wouldn't cover and it had to take alot of time and patience because mom doesn't understand a lick about insurance. Very helpful and they made our experience great.

Such a awesome dental office! I love the way they treat everyone with respect and make you feel very comfortable! Especially with children! So nice and super sweet!

I have been coming to coast dental since Dr Ramsey was here, Maggie has been here from the beginning my favorite tech always with a smile makes me feel at ease. From the front desk Kanisha to hygienist Erica. I feel at home, great staff and care. The dentist is very informative and thorough. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The staff was wonderful! The office manager was so helpful and went over our treatment and told us the importance of having my deep cleaning done, and offered us carecredit!

My experience at this dental office in orange park was excellent.the staff is so friendly, welcoming starting from the front desk n the assistant, Dr. Vineau n Leesandra explain every detail on my treatment plan and made me feel very comfortable.

It was my first time going to Coastal Dental and I had a very pleasant experience. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

They really know how to make you feel at home and helpful with much knowledge. Sadie and Courtney are very personable, As well as the doctor.

I have been going to Coast Dental in OP for many years. They are always friendly and professional. Erica is now cleaning my teeth and she is a fantastic hygienist.

I have had a horrible smile for some time now. I've been losing my teeth since the age of 21. Maggie and Lizzy treated me so kind. They went over every deal tail in full on my treatment plan. And the dentist was amazing and very sweet. Would recommend to anyone looking to have dental work done.

Great staff. The front office is awesome, Dr. Vienneau is amazing, the Dental assistants are great. This office as a whole is Fantastic.

Erica did an amazing job helping me get my teeth back in shape and looking better than ever. Kanisha is always a delight to see as well with her delightful attitude.

I recently had my teeth cleaned by Erica Smith. She was not only professional she was friendly without being to chatty. There is nothing worse then a technician asking questions when they are working in your mouth.
Kanisha was also great, said I had a credit, I didn't need to pay. Made my day.

They got us in without a problem. The team was very welcoming and courteous! I will highly recommend this office to my family and yours. Erica and Kanisha and Dr. Vienneau are great!
