One of the worst experiences I had. They aren't clear with how much services cost. They use deceitful tactics to pull money out of you. One time they faked a diagnosis so they can get more money out of me. I had to get a second opinion from another specialist because they were faking diagnosis of me having gingivitis and refused to continue with my orthodontic services until I payed them over $300 worth of work. Also the orthodontic services were already payed because they tricked me on signing up for a credit card that had a 30% APR. Would never work with them again. Be careful if you are going to make appointments as well because they change your appointments and make it seem like you missed a day to charge you $25 for failing to be an appointment you didn't make.

Yesterday 11/18/2020 was my first time at this office for an unfortunate emergency visit. I arrived at my appointment time with no one at the front desk and all the chairs were full with patients and people standing up. The first thing I noticed was for such a small office in the front, they sure do schedule a lot of patients back to back. I sign in and my husband and I proceed back to our vehicle since we did sign the form that stated if we were to wait in our vehicles to sign here. Half way to our car we realized that the woman we seen at the one desk over was on a personal call and that she was the one everyone in the room was complaining about. So we went back in and I stood right where she could see me. The woman that was behind us walking in was an employee, she overheard my husband and I talking about that and told the woman who was on her phone about what we said before we walked in after she walked in the back to her. So the woman who was on the personal call leans back looks at me and says, “Can I heeeelp you? ” (<insert neck jerk between e’s 2 and 3>). Everyone in that front office heard her arrogant mouth. I should have walked out but I proceeded with the appointment as I was in pain. The office itself it not as clean as you would think. The boxes stored next to the chair during the visit in the back let me know that that would be the very last time I ever step foot into that office. If you have an entire room full of patients waiting to be seen or even acknowledged, being on your cell phone is not something to do in front of patients. You’re giving the impression that one, you don’t care about actually doing your job. Two, you could care less about the patients you are ignoring to be on said cell phone and three, even if the people who work the front were on lunch and your office schedules appointments for certain times, someone should be up at that front greeting patients as they walk in at all times. That front should not be left unattended at any given time when patients are waiting in the lobby that have yet to be checked in. I have received better treatment from the staff at a Greenburg dental office in the middle of the ghetto because at least the staff were respectful and professional which is what this office staff is not. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

So this is how Coast Dental Handles my complaint filed against them.i recieved what appears to be an automated response.the reason i believe this is because its the identical response i recieved from my NEGATIVE review i submitted on YELP reviews!
lets see if its the same response to my complaint with the BBB?
If anyone actually read my initial complaint, you will see that the response recieved does NOT address my issue at all. They just say to call them to resolve. I HAVE and NO ONE gets in touch with you!
PATHETIC and UNFAIR is what i rate their customer service!

Very clean, and professional. The staff is amazing, sweet and caring.

Best dental experience ever! I have been to three different dentist offices in my lifetime and all of them either over charged me or took forever. I was in and out of there in no time. The front office staff is super sweet. Dr. Sanchez is extremely nice and has a way of telling you what you are doing wrong without making you feel bad about it. The hygienist was wonderful, and she created a great treatment plan that I think I can stick to. I love this office and I wish I worked in an office to recommend this office to my counterparts. Also, They DO NOT try to rip you off by creating things you do not need.

My name is Damaris torres fernandez.my wife needed an extraction/procedure done because she was in pain.
Her insurance did not immediately approve the procedure and could take up to 10 days for an approval. I decided to pay with my credit card $630 to have the the proceedure done.i was assured by Coast Dental that as soon as the insurance approved and payed them i would be refunded.i found out that the insurance PAID them $400 at the end of March 2020!
Here we are almost in October and NOTHING! Several visits to the local office only informed that the COAST DENTAL corporate office had been emailed several times and the matter was in their hands and no further action could be made by the local office. I have chatted with Coast dental on-line and requested a call back and REFUND of $230! Nothing has happened yet! Its despicable that COAST DENTAL treat their customers.this way in Light of the Covid -19 pandemic and so many people losing work and needing every penny they have! Plan to share this review with as much socila media as possible!

I will never go back to this office. Once this office opened back from Covid-19 shut down in May I made an appointment for a Friday at 4pm, Dr Sanchez’s office called me three times that week to change the time. Every call they change the time an hour earlier. The last call I stated that I couldn’t as I had already made arrangements with my job. When I got to the office that day Dr. Sanchez advised that his tool that he needed was at home and he could not see me. I then made another appointment for the following Monday. In which it literally took less that 15 minutes and I as done. Again I made another dental appointment 2 weeks ago for today 7/10/2020, the office then called me at 10: 30 a.m. To see if I can come in at 2: 30pm, I again stated that I have already made arrangements with my job and could not change it. I was about ten minutes late due to traffic, it took me 45 minutes to get there and was told that o was late and Dr. Sanchez has left for the day. I would NEVER go back to this office nor would I recommend anyone. Coast Dental needs to do better with their customer service. We all work and everyone’s schedule should be respected! I would think that the corporate office should get involved and start policing their employees. If they do not want you work, there’s a lot of people that are looking for jobs!

My visit here was great and it was my first one also the staff are great they're so nice and this won't be the last time for me here and for sure I recommend this office for everyone that needs help with their teeth.

I love my hygienist, Iman. She does a thorough job and educates her patients on what to do to have good oral care. She's great!

Called to schedule an appointment approximately 12: 40 very close to the scheduled break according to the automated service. A receptionist answered the call and proceeded to place me on hold until the scheduled break time of 1: 00.

The office personnel is very professional and kind. Iman Zoe is very professional and explain everything of what she is going to do. I wait a reasonable time. I think the prices are a little high because in my case my insurance don't cover everything and is a little difficult for me to pay. Thanks.

Love this practice. Dr.and Newlie were so fantastic, well the entire is worth the visit. I would recommend them to Everyone I know & trust me Not said lightly!

Imam was amazing she dealt with every jump and he stress I put her throgh she was calm and patient. Newly was also there to hold my hand and ohh she took some nail pinching! I really enjoyed it I’ll be back again:)

Great friendly staff the hygienist Iman is great and is very knowledgeable the whole staff is very kind form reception to the doctors

First time visiting this office. Very hesitant once I walked in since it’d be the first time without my mom. Immediately felt welcomed and was walked through the whole process of signing in. My favorite people there were Lissette, Patty and Iman. They made the entire experience fun and made me feel as though they’ve known me forever. Very friendly and knowledgeable people and I'm definitely coming back.

Hadn’t had my teeth cleaned in years but my experience here was quick and relaxing. I checked in at 9 and was out by 10 with a new filling and the referral I needed. I’m so happy I chose to come here!

Newly is the best assistant; dr. Sanchez was a great doctor. I recommend this office to anyone such a great staff and experience. Plus they have lots of the rings on tv.

I was treated very well, and enjoyed being around all the workers present. It was overall a good expierence and I am excited to come back and get treated.
