I'm not too good with words but I believe the work that was done was rather sloppy. Some minor mistakes were made but after a bit of hassle were corrected. I'd still recommend working with them but not without a good observation.

Maggie assisted us with our needs. She was patient when we cried, she would laugh at our horrible jokes. They had just started renovations, but she made it work. They were able to get us in immediately. Maggie explained the process and was always there to answer any questions we had. Although the situation was sad, it was still an little light during our dark day. Thank you to their entire team!

The best customer service anywhere. Maggie Champagne was the most compassionate, caring professional to help with my families arrangement for my brother. She was exemplary.

The staff go above and beyond for anything you need. Someone is always available to answer questions over the phone or in person. They really stand out from the other funeral and cremations services in Ocala.

Death is never easy and going through the process just leaves you frustrated and confused. When my father passed, we constantly researched funeral homes with the best reviews and overall affordability. The worker on the phone was kind and explained all the different packages and time frame of the process. Their communication with hospice was fast and that left me at ease knowing dad would be taken care of right away. The forms online were easy to fill out and they were very informative. I’m glad we chose Coast to Coast Cremations.

The associate that helped us was, Maggie. Maggie was very compassionate and empathetic to my family's needs. She was very attentive and made sure all of our questions were answered. My mom felt assured knowing this funeral home took great care of my father.

When picking up my father's ashes, we sat in a lovely waiting room where Maggie asked us if we needed anything; coffee, tea, etc. The place was pleasant and bright. You can tell Maggie was a genuine person because you can feel that she really cared and showed such empathy for my family. She sat with us and let my mom have a venting session, which eased her. She explained all the paperwork and handed us my father. What a sigh of relief that we can now go home with my father.

Death is not easy in any way. The staff at coast to coast cremations helped so much. Not only did they take care of everything efficiently and affordably, they are some of the kindest people I have ever spoken to. They understand that this is a hard time and they are caring, empathetic and understanding. They are also open 24/7 which is so helpful when you have questions or concerns. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

I had a great experience back in May while making arrangements for my brother. I am now making arrangements for my mother. Wonderful and very kind team members.

My aunt passed due to Covid complications. She left behind her 4 special needs children whom I have now taken legal guardianship of. Death is always so hard to deal with, plus the add on of becoming a mom of 4 overnight with no prior kids of my own. This was a very trying time for our family. Coast to coast cremations was excellent all around. They were kind, understanding and took care of everything in a timely manner. I thank them for taking a bit of weight off of our family during such a difficult time.

When my dad passed unexpectedly at the beginning of December, I was overwhelmed in addition to experiencing a great deal of grief.
