Just had a Heat pump and air conditioner installed by Josh & Peter. Both representatives were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They were able to answer all of my questions and were very meticulous in their work. Would highly recommend these guys and their company for any of you heating or cooling needs.

Just had my second system check up so about a year out from our installation and Coast to Coast still treats us like we were a new customer. This is the outfit you want doing your maintenance and any new installs or replacements.

Our dealings with Coast to Coast were no less than stellar. We had two condensers fail on our AC system within weeks of each other. I called Coast to Coast for a second opinion. Carlos Hernandez and his brother were wonderful, the office staff VERY knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent communication throughout the process, in spite of supply chain issues. My wife and I had experienced a series of failures in the two HVAC systems in our 40+ year old Ocala home. It was obvious, even to someone like me who is thoroughly unqualified, that the systems were old, poorly installed, and would continue to be a source of problems and expense. So, we went shopping for a local company to help. Fortunately, we found Coast to Coast. Our first contact was with Kamil who came to inspect and provide recommendations and an estimate. He was polite, friendly, and thorough. He walked us through options to redesign and replace the systems, provided a detailed estimate, and answered a barrage of questions.

The estimate for replacing the two old systems, including replacing all the ductwork, was 4 to 5 days. Coast to Coast’s Nico, Josh, Rian C, James, and Brad did the job in 5 days. It did not take long to become confident that these guys knew what they were doing and would get it done right. Working in the attic of a 40+ year old house does have a downside or two, but I heard no complaining. They showed up on time, worked hard, were always courteous, did not hesitate to answer a lot of questions, and they smiled a lot. In short, they were consummate professionals. In fact, I can say that about everyone I have had contact with at Coast to Coast. From the office staff to the owner, everyone has been a pleasure to deal with.

They called ahead to let you know tec was on the way. Tec was on time answered questions, was polite and shut doors so dog wouldn't get out.

Water was dripping from the center of my air handler coil instead of running down to the drip tray and down the drain pipe. Based on the reviews of Coast to Coast Heating and Air Conditioning, I had them diagnose the problem. According to their technician, I needed to replace a part at a cost of $1,500. Well, my heat pump system was over 13 years old and I decided to just replace it. At my request, they provided me a quote for a new system.

As a second opinion, I called in another A/C contractor to diagnose the problem. Their technician advised me that he was not able to find anything wrong with the system because while he was there, water didn't drip from the coils.

Well, I was feeling a lot better with that information. But, just to be sure, three hours later, I removed the air handler cover and to my surprise, water was still dripping from the coils. Go figure! So, I decided to stick with my original decision; replace the system.

I got quotes from several A/C contractors and boy did I get educated! I just wanted a basic heat pump system with no bells and whistles. One of the contractors advise me about the federal tax credit that is available for certain qualified heat pump systems. If I installed the right system, I could get a tax credit of up to $2,000. Well I liked that news and started all over again. Some of the A/C contractors I contacted didn't want to be bothered with a requote.

I contacted Coast to Coast Heating and Air Conditioning about the federal tax credit and they advised me that the heat pump system they quoted qualified for the federal tax credit. So why didn't they advise me about this?

Well, the requotes that I got resulted in pricing that was way more than what I could afford. Apparently, the heat pump systems they proposed, the ones that qualified for the federal tax credit, were very expensive. So, I selected Coast to Coast Heating and Air Conditioning because they offered a qualifying heat pump system at an affordable price.

Coast to Coast Heating and Air Conditioning took a whole day to install the new system. At the end of the day, they left the work site clean, and I must add, their work was excellent.

The County Building Department came out today and inspected the installation. The inspector had nothing but good things to say about the installation. That made me feel good. I apparently selected the right A/C contractor.

After having Coast to Coast install our awesome Trane heat pump earlier this year we've been enjoying much lower electric eand quiet, cool and dry air in our home. Their installation crew was very professional and thorough. We just had our first maintenance service and Gariel was again very professional and thorough.
