Coastal Animal Hospital, Jensen Beach FL

They went above and beyond to help us with our Red Doberman. We could not afford the surgery so she went into her own funds to help us get through it. They are the best and very kind hearted.

This was our first visit to this clinic. All the staff were extremely friendly & it was obvious that they love animals. We saw Dr Bonnie & she was extremely good with my Golden Retriever. We are snowbirds & I think after trying 3 animal clinics, we’ve finally found a good fit for us while here for the winter.

By far the BEST animal hospital/Veterinarian around. I've been with Coastal for many years and have referred many friends and family to them as well. They are WONDERFUL! Such a loving and caring group of lovely women

I have been going to Coastal Animal Hospital for many, many years, and will state that both Dr. Bonnie & Dr. Lisa and Dr. Bonnie's husband, as well as their entire staff, has never, ever disrespected me, or any of my animals. I now live 45 minutes away from them, but still make the trip because my babies deserve the best treatment I can give to them, thus Coastal Animal Hospital. Dr. Bonnie sees my dogs most times, and Dr. Lisa always took care of my cats. I know she's a cat lover, and they get excellent care from both doctors. Unless I move more than an hour from them, I will continue with this excellent facility.
They have had to euthanize my previous pets and also helped me through the grieving process. When my first little boy, Mikey, had reached his end of life, Dr. Lisa and her assistants were extremely compassionate about my loss. I have always felt at ease with all of their staff, i.e, Nicole, Marcy, and all of the staff. They have always been caring and compassionate and answer all my questions, so I feel confident my babies get the best care I can possibly give them. I highly recommend this office for the best care I can offer my pets. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I certainly would. I love this place and so do my pets.
In fact, I have an appointment there today because my dog, Cheese, needs to be seen for an issue that started yesterday, and I have 100% confidence that they will find what's bothering him and we'll both be happy as usual.

Cheese is our cerrent baby with mom & dad when we rescued him and in the last photo and playing with our great granddaughter, Tori, the pretty kitty, Ms. Bella who liked to dress up and loved her sister Tori and my chubby Mikey in the blue vest who loved to play and broke my heart when he passed at an the amazing age of 18-1/2 years old thanks to his excellent care at Coastal Animal Hospital.

I took my 13 year old Pom to Coastal on 10-12-20 to get some prices to have is teeth cleaned. My regular vet told me how horrible his teeth were and need to get them cleaned ASAP his price over $600. I took him to Veterinarian medical center Port St Lucie I paid over 60.00 to just have them look at his teeth 2 minute exam because they do the No anesthesia procedures that were suppose to be cheaper and not as dangerous there price was $800- $1000. They told me his teeth were so bad that he needed deep cleaning under anesthesia.
So i decided one more place, I went to Coastal. Although I was not allowed in because of Covid he was checked out by Bonnie Mitchell.
She was so HONEST she did not try to up-sell me for any expensive procedure. She actually told me his teeth look pretty good for a 13 year old dog. OMG a honest Vet.i was told he could have the Non anesthesia with his temperament at a very fair price. She also gave me a great price on the deep cleaning at a fair price. I was very impressed with Coastal and Bonnie, I will be taking my dog there from now on

Update 11/17/20 I just took my dog back too Coastal to get his teeth cleaned They did a fantastic job They have my business from now on
NO complaints at all. I really feel so thankful I found an honest Vet. Thank You

Well, I need to update my review. They took care of my Pomeranian Cota until he passed away, they did everything for me to hang onto to him for 15 years.
I now adopted a little Pomeranian Velvet, a (female) of course with issues like all females. I adopted her from a breeder at 5 years old so I needed to get her spayed. They spayed her on Oct 4th. They did a great job, extremely compassionate and a wonderful place
I'm so thankful for the girls at Coastal, I just can not thank them enough for all they have done for me over the years

Dr Bonnie Mitchell and staff are truly amazing! Your pets are so loved and cared for here! Their prices are reasonable and trustworthy.

My neighbor recommended this veterinarian, and I could not be happier. All the staff is amazing and she is truly a kind person. She and Coastal Animal Hospital have been taking care of my cat Sally (she's sleeping here) and when I moved here in 2006 she was already 2 years old.

Coastal Animal Hospital is the holy grail of vet offices!
I have tried used 5 diffrent vets offices over the corse of having my dog for 14 years and I have had bad luck with all.

At Costal Animal Hospital everyone is incredibly friendly and thorough. When I had to have my dogs teeth cleaned and removed they called me prior to extracting any teeth and gave me updates all along the way. Whenever our dog is having a issue they are always able to fit us in and make follow up calls to see how she is doing. It means the world to me knowing i van count on Costal Animal Hospital!

Best Vet I've ever gone to. The team is professionally and empathetic. They addressed all of our concerns and even followed up after the surgery to remove a growth to check in on our dog. I would highly recommend them!
