We had an awning installed in our lanai just over six years ago and it has been great at keeping the afternoon sun at bay. Recently, the awning stopped responding to the remote control. I called Coastal Canvas and Awning about this. Within an hour, they were at our house in Reflection Isles and had solved the problem (which actually had nothing to do with the awning itself - the problem was with the outlet it was plugged into). This kind of customer service is exemplary. I heartily recommend Coastal Canvas & Awning. Their products are great (our six year old awning still looks like new) and their customer service is outstanding. I want to give a big shout out to Danny for his quick work to resolve the issue.
I worked with Susan and I must say they all went WELL beyond my expectations. When I walked into the showroom I truly had no idea of what to order. They sat down with me and went over all my options, color choices which were hundreds and they then scheduled someone to come out that same week to measure. It's now been a couple of weeks and it's all done.perfection! I would recommend them to everyone.
There's nothing I appreciate more than good communication. John was always available and ready to answer my questions. The porch is gorgeous, and it instantly improved the look of my house.

We absolutely love our retractable awning and drop shade. It has allowed us to enjoy our outside deck to the fullest capacity. It blocks the sun and heat and makes it feel like we have another room outside. I highly recommend Danny for installations and service, he is knowledgeable and reliable and that in conjunction with an amazing product makes every penny we spent well worth it!
