1000/5 stars! It is hard to express how AMAZING Katy and her team are. From day one, we felt totally taken care of and organized. Our wedding day was everything and more thanks to Katy and her wonderful team. From vendor meetings, food tastings, dress shopping - Katy had recommendations and provided introductions, making this process as smooth as can be. Our wedding day had multiple sites for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, and Katy & team were there and prepared every step of the way. They truly made our day what it was and we cannot thank them enough! As a bride, I had very little stress day-of because of how incredible this team is. If you don't use Coastal Coordinating, you are making a huge mistake!

I would 100% recommend Coastal Coordinating to any bride and groom out there looking for help planning their wedding! My husband and I were assigned to Alli and my goodness, she was a dream! We bought the Advisory Wedding Package, which included “advise” along the planning process - and we definitely received a LOT of advice and help! We had 5 months from engagement to our wedding day and we were planning long distance, so we appreciated all help! This package included day of wedding coordination as well as an additional coordinator for assistance. Alli and Tia helped the day run seamlessly. I cannot imagine how chaotic the day would’ve been without them. Alli also set up and decorated the ENTIRE venue while my bridesmaids and I relaxed and enjoyed the day. Also, communication throughout the entire process was incredible! I truly cannot recommend this team more. They’re amazing:)

Coastal coordinating is a group of incredible coordinators that are detail oriented, professional, and friendly. I had the pleasure of working with Stella as my lead day-of coordinator. Before the wedding, she set up meetings with my vendors so that everyone was on the same page and was extremely responsive to any questions we had about wedding details. Stella ensured the day ran smoothly, everything was set up perfectly, and made sure I had low stress during my wedding day. I would highly recommend Coastal coordinating to anyone considering investing in wedding coordinating services!

After weather conditions changed basically our entire plan the day of our wedding our planner Cayla and her assistant Taylor made magic happen and had our reception space looking amazing. Cayla was incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process, but the day of the wedding I really don’t know what we would have done without her. She took care of all the details including so many small but meaningful things I didn’t even think of so we could focus on enjoying the day with our family and friends. Alli and Coastal Coordinating were absolutely wonderful to work with for our wedding (5-21-23). Alli was always in touch, answered any questions right away, and created a beautiful ceremony and reception. She, along with Tia and Stella, made our wedding and reception flow smoothly and clean up was fast and efficient. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them to anyone looking for a thorough, affordable, and helpful wedding planner.

We recently hired an amazing wedding coordinator for our wedding and cannot say enough wonderful things about their work! Alli is organized, professional, and had a great knowledge of the wedding industry. Alli and Stella (and everyone else we spoke with at Coastal) were just wonderful. We don't live in the JAX area so we relied on Alli for many recs on vendors, band, photographer, etc.and everything turned out perfectly.except the weather. And Alli and Stella flawlessly turned our outdoor wedding into an indoor one, and kept everyone's spirits up and everything lively the whole time. Alli was amazingly responsive to our questions and easy to work with, and did a great job of keeping us on schedule and reminding us what details we needed to work out. She was super informative and helpful but never bossy; she did a wonderful job guiding us through the whole process.

Would recommend to anyone in the area to use Alli and Coastal coordinating for their wedding and events!

Brooke, with Coastal Coordinating, was absolutely incredible. She managed to make our wedding smooth and seamless. We were on schedule all day. Our venue required many different vendors, which is not the easiest route to take. She had everyone on the same page and on time. I was never stressed, because I knew I could trust her. I cannot say enough about Coastal Coordinating. We threw a big fat Indian/Pakistani wedding with 5 events in 3 day and Katy and Cayla knocked it out of the park. They were extremely detail oriented, calm, organized, and ready for anything. We booked them about 6 months before our wedding date and they took everything in stride. They immediately began organizing vendor meetings and walk throughs. They helped us finalize the last few remaining vendors and were so patient with our innumerable questions and logistical issues as my husband and I live in Texas but got married in Florida. They were available for anything and everything. On the actual event day, we felt like we were never alone (in a good way!). There were team members at the event itself, helping us get ready, on the phone with my family and MOH. They even helped us arrange the cutest welcome bags and itineraries. They made sure my family was well taken care of and had all their questions answered. They were never without an answer and even put up with us as our ceremony timeline changed 180 degrees the morning of. I highly highly recommend them for your next event.

From the minute we had our first phone call to our final goodbyes on the wedding day, I could not be more impressed. She was professional, creative, and easy-going. We had a somewhat complicated wedding with a Hindu Ceremony, followed by a lunch, and a Jewish ceremony with reception, all in one day! Before hiring a wedding planner, I always considered myself a pragmatic and organized person. I felt that I could handle planning a wedding on my own, but after months of creative roadblocks, and spending every waking moment combing through reviews of vendors only to be disappointed or ghosted, I felt it was time to call in the professionals. Katy held my hand throughout the process and made the impossible seem achievable. She paid attention to both mine and my partner’s wishes, our budget, our customs and traditions, while making the process fun! She has an extensive list of vendors that know and work with her on a weekly basis. She makes time for you and sets up check-ins to calm even the most anxious of brides. Her catalog and inventory is expansive and I would definitely opt for the full-service package if you are having a wedding over 150 people or a slightly more complicated wedding. I truly cannot express my gratitude for Katy and the Coastal coordinating team, they made our wedding the best weekend of our lives and it would not have happened without them. Seriously. BOOK THEM NOW!

I cannot say enough great things about Cayla. I was worried about the process of having a coordinator for the wedding because I’ve heard horror stories about coordinators who are a disaster or yell at everyone. Cayla was the complete opposite. She was so easy to work with. She had such a calm presence and truly made the day so much smoother. As a type A bride, I was also nervous that I wouldn’t be able to relax on the big day, but it was so easy to know that Cayla was there. She was so friendly to all my guests/wedding party. She did all the set up and tear down so that my friends and family could enjoy the whole day. She went over ever single detail and plan and helped coordinate so much with my vendors. We had several calls and even a walk through a few days before the wedding. I would recommend Cayla 100,000 times to anyone looking for a coordinator who makes your day exactly how you want it!

Coastal Coordinating- especially Alli Gaiss was a dream to work with. I was a highly creative bride who had no idea what I wanted, and with such, came many feelings of indifference. Over the course of 500 days, Alli helped me find a vision and then bring it to life. It was hard giving creative control to everyone else, but when I arrived at the venue, it was beyond what I could have ever expected.
