Dealing with medical issues is never enjoyable, but Dr. Castro and his office made my treatment as pleasant of an experience as I could hope for. Highly recommended.

Dr Castro and his nurse Alicia and secretary have just relocated to a lovely new facility but the beauty is with the staff. They are so friendly and caring but more importantly they are very knowledgeable. Dr Castro has the newest tools to make sure you’re in the best of health not only that he will along with his staff to go the extra mile to make sure you’re healthy well and happy. I highly recommend Coastal Endocrinology if you want to have the best of care.

Dr Castro was very helpful with my long-term thyroid condition. I will continue to use him as my endocrinologist in the future.

Not accepting new patients. Receptionist said it would be two weeks before anyone called me back to even take down my information. Not to schedule an appointment. Who know how long it would be before I could get an appointment.

The response to my review ensures that I will never ever go here for care. How nasty and triffling. I don't care what their response is. They are NOT seeing new patients in a reasonable amount of time. Looking at the past reviews this seems to be a common issue over the past year. Save your time and keep it moving.

Extremely happy with this practice. Everyone is super kind, helpful and actually cares about me as a patient. I've had a thyroid condition for most of my life and really struggled with finding a good endocrinologist who would take my concerns and feelings into consideration. This practice really does go the extra mile for their patients. Whenever I've needed something, they take care of me right away. This is the place you want to go to

I love coming to Dr Castro's office, Dr. Castro is very efficient with his work, his staff is very warm welcoming, always making feel comfortable and like I am at home. I love his staff and I always leave with a smile.

I’ve been struggling with adrenal insufficiency for about 2 years now and decided to switch to this practice about 10 months ago. Very satisfied with the care that I’ve received since coming here. Quick, efficient and caring!

Had a referral placed in May. I called them and they said they needed a few days for the referral to be processed and they would call me back. 3 days went by and I called to check up on the status of my referral. I was told the Doctor needed to look at my case and it would take 1 to 2 weeks. At 2.5 weeks I call and leave a voice-mail. No one calls me back. I keep calling and no one answers most of the time. They finally answer a little over 3 weeks from the time I asked for an update and was told 1-2 weeks. And they said a nurse would call me that day. I didn't hear anything from them. I called the next day again no answer and left a voice mail to speak to a supervisor. No one has returned my call yet.

This is by far the best doctor’s office I have ever been to. They address my concerns and are quick. Thank you to the whole team

Dr. Castro is caring and professional. He took care of my husband who is diabetic and see him on a daily basis while my husband was in ICU due to the corona virus. Even though my husband was taking steroids Dr. Castrp was able to control his blood sugar. He will contact us his family all the time while we weren't able to visit him in ICU. When my husband was released from the hospital he made sure that he has all his prescriptions. He was a life saver.
