If I could give more stars I would! Being “under construction” in your home can be a very stressful situation but I must say, this was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. First of all, I received a really great deal on fully renovating my bathrooms and kitchen. The installers were extremely professional and CLEAN and the girls in the back office at Coastal Flooring were so very helpful. They made sure the job was completed smoothly from start to finish. Without hesitation, I will be recommending Coastal Flooring to anyone that wants a beautiful end result to their home remodel projects. Thank you CF!

Had a kitchen floor installed. Mark and Maggie were awesome to work with. Very happy with floor. Service was outstanding and very efficient. 5 stars all the way. Would not hesitate to use them again. Great experience!

We needed a quick install of our countertops because of an event happening in our home. They came to measure ASAP but our island was not completely finished. And inspite of our mistake, they were very professional and kind and were able to help us out.

I worked with Jamie Curry, she helped me from beginning to end. We had a complete remodel from floors to counter top and backsplash. Jamie had so much patience thru this process helping me choose and complete the look I wanted. She was hands on thru this whole project very knowledgeable, I would highly recommend Jamie for all your design needs.

By far the most unprofessional experience. I would use the term “criminal” in the way they conduct business. I would warn anyone whom is contemplates using Coastal Flooring for any service.

Jamie was great in helping us find the perfect flooring for our condo. Coastal has a wide selection, almost too hard to decide. Material was in and stored until installer was ready. I highly recommend Coastal Flooring.

We decided to go with Coastal Flooring with Jamie Curry as our designer after we talked to other companies for several reasons. Jamie was very honest to us, listened to our wishes and put it right away in a 3D plan. We liked that she gave us choices of materials in conjunction with ease in life of the materials, ease in cleaning and budget. We had our kitchen remodeling done while we were away but we were updated with progress. There were some bumps along the way but they fixed everything right away. The before and after pictures are proof that we’re happy and we let them do another property that we acquired for an Air B and B business.

First let me start by saying, if you think the quote you are getting from the salesman is going to be correct, don't use Mark to do the quote. He was at our house for almost an hour and did our quote. The installer shows up and removes the tile in our kitchen and then proceeds to tell us they will have to float the whole kitchen and living area (something that the salesman said didn't need to be done) we were told that would be another $2,000.00. The salesman told us we would only need the kitchen done and wouldn't need the transitions that now we are being told we need. My husband calls and speaks to a woman that works there and she stated the salesman thought we had carpet! Clearly the guy has no business doing our estimate when there was no carpet and we did need the transitions. What if we didn't have the money to pay the extra money? ! After the discussion, we ended up paying $800.00 instead of the 2000 that was told to us.

The installer was very professional and curtious and that is why I would give them (installers) a 5 star rating. He even agreed that Mark is not a good person to deal with.

We had to find money to pay these people (up front) to get the job done. People don't grow money on trees and it took a few years to save for the flooring to be done.

I am disappointed in Coastal Flooring and will never use them again.

We have redone our kitchen with Coastal Flooring and we are very pleased with the results. They were professionnal, came on time and on budget. Particular thanks to Lynn (salesman) and Carlos (installer), The counter top is beautiful and the cuts are perfect. We do recommend them.

We would recommend Coastal Flooring to family and friends. I went into the store and was greeted by Jamie, a nice Salesperson who was very knowledgeable. I told her we wanted to tile the Lanai. She showed me different tiles to match the paint and paneling. That afternoon she came to our home, measured the room and discussed a layout. I signed a contract and provided a check for the deposit. The tile was ordered and the following Tuesday a man by the name of Bruno stopped by around 9am with all the materials. Another man came, they moved the tile, cement and grout to the Lanai. Bruno left and the Tile Man laid down the tile, cutting pieces as he worked towards each corner of the room. The next day he returned around 8: 30am, removed the clips and mopped the tile. Using a trowel he spread the grout between the cracks around every tile. He mopped the floor again and took the bag of garbage with him. We are very pleased with the results. After driving to other locations in search of new cabinets for our office, we found Coastal flooring to have a much wider selection of granite, an impressive showroom and the personal attention we received was great. An outstanding experience overall!

Highly dissatisfied with Coastal Flooring in Port St. Lucie. I could literally write a book on the terrible experience that I had with this business. If I could leave zero stars I would do it. They were paid upfront for services and then tried to collect more money prior to the install. When they did come out and install they came out without notifying us after I had called them the Friday before. They showed up early on a Monday morning Unannounced, and started to disassemble the countertop in the wrong bathroom. When they realize they were in the wrong bathroom they installed the wrong granite and damaged the vanity in the master bathroom. We were told that the kitchen sink that we already had would be usable with the new granite. We had our contractor remove the sink and deliver it to coastal. They installed the kitchen countertop without a sink saying that the sink that we brought to them was unusable they then proceeded to charge us for a sink for the kitchen and the bathroom after all of the damages that had incurred from their negligence. When I went to the store front the manager that was there was very difficult. When I explained that we would not be buying a kitchen sink from them because we were told they could use our old kitchen sink and had already created damage in a bathroom that wasn’t Supposed to even have new granite top placed in it. The manager had a very oh well type of attitude. Highly dissatisfied. I would never recommend to anyone.

Went back to complete my order but was told the manager was gone.had to deal with the owner. WHAT A DISASTER! No way was I dealing with him.went elsewhere

Nice products for my home remodel. Next is backsplash I will be ordering something this week. I have purchased a couple of pantries, vinyl flooring, tile, granite, hardware. One project at a time. Grey ash vinyl

I had spoken to Marvin yesterday explaining what I was looking for flooring in my home. He gave me some options and we agreed on an appointment time today at 1: 00. Prepping for the appointment, I measured and took pictures of the transitions and I had a paint sample. Arrived on time at 1: 00 only to be told he was busy with someone who had just walked in. There were no other customers in the store other than the “walk ins” and myself. Marvin asked this other person to show me around. First this person wasn’t interested in working having just put out his cigarette in the front of the store. First he smelled like an ashtray and was rude and condescending to. He didn’t see the need to explain the product and price differences to point me in the right direction…… just told me to pick out a color like I was looking for a lipstick. This is my 19 th home…. I do know what I’m doing…. The entire experience was unsatisfactory from beginning to end.

Coastal Flooring is a great company with very knowledgeable staff and helpful associates throughout the process. The issue my wife and I are having comes down to a sub contractor who is performing the work on behalf of Coastal for our kitchen install. This particular individual routinely blasts Coastal for inadequate payment on his behalf, says he gets paid $4.50 hr. Poor communication, and outstanding litigation. This sub contractor goes to great detail to ruin Coastals name while working on our kitchen. This makes my wife and I very uneasy especially with the money we have spent. He has named several outstanding litigation cases with coastal and home owners and has also talked bad of owner Nick. Sighting various vivid occasions of misconduct. While on the job this contractor would ubrubtly call the designer and yell at her about the complexity of her design and how he wasn't being payed enough. His latest outburst resulted in him damaging a refrigerator cabinet after dropping it several times. He threw his level down and kicked his tool bucket and walked off the job. Very shady. Coastal has offered to replace this individual and we have gladly accepted. We look forward to posting the pictures of our completed kitchen. Coastal please do your company, and design team justice and no longer use this individual "contractor".

Floor was extremely uneven and not at all what i wanted.i called for customer support and the lady on the phone pretended she didn’t speak english, either that or she had tourettes, either way she sucked.i tried explaining that i was missing underwear, not surprising as all the workers look like theyd be on the registry if you know what i mean.dont use them if you are looking for respectable workers, or use them if youre looking for a more “hands on” experience.whatever youre into.but don’t expect decent flooring.the color was all wrong.
