I've been taken care of at the office from the Drs and staff for many years and they treat with respect thoughtfulness and put your health first. I would recommend these Drs. Very happy with them

I had a very good appointment with Bennezett and seen he did a great job listening to me and understanding my problems. I have only been 3 times so far only 1 hiccup so far. But it was resolved but overall I am really glad my Primary Dr sent me there.

The doctors are great but they keep flagging my account for non payment which is not true and the billing department is rude. Every single time I call it's a battle. They will promise it's fixed and the next time I call I have to go through it all over again.

Was referred here by my orthopedic surgeon for an EMG nerve conduction test. I've had these tests before in another state and it was often pretty uncomfortable. Here, however it was a breeze. Also, the technician who administered the test (I wish I could remember her name) was amazing! She was friendly and professional. She made the whole experience easy to handle.
I'd highly recommend Coastal Pain & Neurology for this kind of testing!

When I need to talk to somebody on the phone you can't you leave a message they call back hours to a day later!

We scheduled an appointment here more than a month in advance, first of all, they book 1-2 months out, which is fine, except for the fact that we showed up for an appointment today for my grandfather with dementia, and after waiting more than 30 minutes, were informed that there is no appointment scheduled for him. We didn’t miss the appointment nor did we mix up our days. The appointment simply didn’t exist. It is such a hassle getting my grandfather out of his assisted living facility as it is, yet alone having to drive almost an hour for an appointment that someone never actually scheduled for us. I have been trying to call them all week to confirm the appointment time in my calendar, but no one EVER answered the phone, and the one time they did, I was placed on hold for 20 minutes. After finding out our appointment didn’t exist, the scheduler at the desk said, “well there are only 2 of us that work on scheduling and the phones and if it’s any consolation, the girl that dropped the ball on scheduling your appointment no longer works here. I’m sorry, WHAT? Giving excuses over actually addressing and fixing the issue is unacceptable. And if you have 6 providers working at this office, with a waiting room full of people (standing room only) you should probably have more than 2 girls working at the front, which is where a patient’s entire experience starts! Incredibly disappointed in this office.

I am a new patient and my appointment went well. Dr Beg was very polite and wants to find the source of my problem as I have back and leg pain. He ordered a nerve test and a MRI. The whole staff was very polite as well. I highly recommend them for your pain management!

Staff is rude. Id rather get an infection then deal with this place. Id give negitive stars if it was possible.

Dr. G is very thorough and takes his time with you. Been a patient there for 7 years and been through 3 doctors. Very high turn-over in nurses and office staff. Front desk is a bit chaotic at times. Nurses always seem stressed out. Biggest complaint is wait times; seems they are always running behind. I've sat there 1 hour one time and 1.5 hours another yet they charge a no-show fee if you're not there 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Good care if you have a few hours to kill.

I've been going here for years and they are very caring. It's so good to have someone believe you and understand your pain and do something to help you!

Brad is honestly the best doctor I've ever seen for the issue's I have with my back, knees and hip. He listens and answers every single question. I have never felt rushed to get out of my appointment. If you want a good doctor that truly understands about living with pain, definitely try this place.

Excellent doctor.scheduling times are always late.plan on 45 minutes to an hour past your scheduled time on every visit. Worth the wait, but annoying!

My husband has been going here due to an insurance change for 2 years now. I don't know what is the problem here but he has only seen the same Dr 2x. They keep getting new Drs here and cancel appointments time after time. They are really bad about calling the day before a procedure and cancelling. I definitely would not recommend this office to anyone!

I was recommended treatment here after an automobile accident earlier this year. I do lead a busy life and require a bit of rescheduling at times, but the response time here to messages left by patients is unacceptable - especially when you consider most patients are dealing with chronic pain. I've called and left messages (rarely will you be able to reach an actual person, even during business hours) and it has taken up to a week to receive a call back; even then, I've had to be the one to continue to call to incite a response. The majority of the staff here seem more than happy to make the patient feel as if it is the patient's job to tie all of Coastal Pain and Neurology's departments and appointments together. Isn't the reason for having diagnosis and treatment options all under one roof to make it easier for the patient?

I don't enjoy being pushy or assertive, but I've had to be with this office staff just to be recognized. I will say, there are a couple of staff members here who obviously care, but they are in the slim minority.

My husband has been going to see dr beg for about a yr now. And then he’d see dr Kent who is in the same office. Dr beg is very heartless and insensitive. My husband suffers from a bad back and knees. His job requires him to travel so dr beg gave him a 3 months supply for pain meds. We are currently trying to sell our house and we had an inspection and the medication was put up and someone went through our stuff and took the whole bottle. We filed a police report and called dr. Beg and he said pretty much too bad out responsibility. My husband has been in so much pain that there are times he is dragging his leg. So he went a couple months till his appointment to see dr beg and my husband is getting ready to leave for several months and dr beg said because we “lost” the medication he wouldn’t give my husband another 3 months supply. Also when my husband would see dr Kent both drs would contradict what the other dr was saying, I was thinking do they both look at the MRI but actually dr Kent had never seen it. Plus they would pull the wrong chart And order my husband a brace and then when I ask about it they push the responsibility off on each other. The nurses would sometimes be confused on what treatment my husband was getting. My husband and son will never return there. They are highly incompetent and heartless

I came from NY and I wanted a Dr.that doesn’t just give pain medication. They have PT to shots. They are all very accommodating to all of my needs. I tried shots from Dr. Gupta for my back, they didn’t work because I have too much scar tissue. I had shots from Brad the PA for my neck and I cannot thank them enough. It has been years since I have not had a headache. Thank you Brad. Thank you Rebecca. She has always been there to help me with any of my problems. Wonderful place to go for pain. They don’t just give out drugs they try everything first.

As a long time Pain Management Patient, 1999, I have seen many Dr's thru the years. First appointments are always stressful. Today I had a First appt with Dr Beg at Coastal Pain and Neurology. Best first pain appt EVER! Dr's had pretty much written me off. He was very thorough, patient and he LISTENED! I left his office feeling hopeful of my future! I want to get better. I believe he is in my "A" team and will help me!

Dr. B is the smartest man, you all will ever know. Been going to the doc for 6 years. Been sent to all sorts of specialists. They all repeat the same treatment Dr. B gave. As for Dr. Rosado, well his treatments will change the world.wait in the office.

Dr. Beg is negligent. I had to switch neurologists due to an insurance change and I wouldn't let a stray dog go to this clinic. At my new patient appointment I sat in the waiting room for over an hour waiting to be called, while every other patient who came in was seen before me. I was told to allow 1 hour 15 minutes for my initial exam. My initial exam took maybe 15 minutes. He barely spoke to me, obviously did not read my previous physician's paperwork. He sent me for an MRI to "ensure there was a brain in there" which were the most words strung together my entire visit. At my followup visit - no one had reviewed the MRI report before my visit (which also included a 45 minute wait past my appointment time - but don't you be 1 minute late to sign in or they will make you reschedule!). He had no other solutions than to throw anti-depressants & anti-convulsant medications at my issue. (News flash - it's not depression or seizures). I asked for a refill on a medication the previous neurologist had prescribed (again, in my records that were required before I could be seen as a new patient) and he wrote the dosage incorrectly! When I called the office it took 2 full business days to get a response, in which case the nurse did not present my message adequately and Beg argued he wrote what I told him. This is a lie. I have been taking this medication, I know exactly what I take, and HE did not listen. He does not listen. He does not talk. This is a prescription pill pushing clinic with absolutely ZERO interest in treating patients. They prefer to feed addictions. If you're looking for pain pills - this is the place for you. If you're looking for real solutions to your medical issues, go elsewhere. I've made an appointment with another Neurologist and WILL NEVER step foot in this sham of a practice again.
