Coastal first showed up when nearby to check out my problem. Took some photos and recommended solution. Came back next day and resolved completely. Very courteous throughout.

I was in such a bind. Had company coming, a bathroom sink leaked in two places. Coastal Plumbing came that afternoon and fixed the leak in time. The technicians were so polite and efficient. Would definitely recommend them.

It took a while to get a quote but the rest of the process went very smoothly. The person doing the work was top notch.

Thank you for fixing the plumbing issue at home. The total charge of the service was very high in comparison with the work done. I was charged for the diagnosis on July 28,2023 the amount of 374.00 (invoice 11880). But the work was not done. I called again on December 26,2023 to complete the work. They said it was a new service and the charge was for 462.73 (invoice 12786) on January 2,2024.
They told me they had to cut the wall and the job was taking one and a half hours. The technicians came they just replaced a gasket (no wall was cut) and 15 minutes after they finished. I consider paying 836.73 usd for a gasket replacement was very expensive.

From the person who answered the phone where I explained my issue to the serviceman Rob who came out to attend to the problems the best word to describe is outstanding. I build condos back in Canada and wish our service providers were even close. Keep up the good work and thank you again!

Victor arrived within the timeframe designated, assessed the scope of the work and performed all repairs as requested. He had to leave to pick up a part and advised me of his leaving and returning. Work was completed and estimate given for future maintenance items. Thorough and competent.
