I was in a bind, my mortgage lender had locked in their preferred insurance carrier without my signature consent, and at closing told me they would have to delay the closing if I were to use coastal, which was my plan. I went ahead and finalized with my builder with their carrier, immediately got a hole of Michelle and the team at Coastal, who promptly was able to cancel the lender preferred vendor for a much better policy for less cost with Coastal. I was very impressed with Michelle and team willingness to help me out of this situation. In the end I get the best coverage for the price with Coastal and am ecstatic at their customer service they gave me. Michelle is also local to the southwest FLA area and has an excellent knowledge of the the appropriate coverages needed (I am from Ohio)
