I came home on a Sunday evening and found my septic tank alarm was going off. I knew from past experience, that I only had between 24 - 48 hours to get the septic pump operating or risk a backup situation. I called Coastal Septic first thing Monday morning and by early afternoon, there was a service technician at my house working on the situation. The technician was friendly and extremely competent, which put me at ease. When the job was finished, everything was clean and buttoned up nicely.

I've used Coastal Septic for quite a few years to pump out my old septic tank. They were always on time and friendly even though it is a stinky job. So I chose them when I changed to the nitrogen-reduction aerobic treatment system. The office personnel were very helpful even though there were plenty of bumps along the way. Patience was required on both sides but it ended with a state of the art system. My yard around the project looks way better than when they started. I highly recommend this company to install this treatment system. Remember that with any large project, it has its challenges.

Just had Coastal Septic Service perform a pump-out for me - again. After the experiences I’ve had with other companies I’ll not use any other.
Several years after the house was built (1994), we began having septic back-up issues. Couldn’t figure it out. Pump-out after pump-out by other companies but no solutions. They were only too happy to pump and leave with our money. I thought maybe I have a bad drain field and really wasn’t ready for that expense. Finally, I called Coastal. The gentleman that responded was very helpful. After explaining the situation to him and the frustrations we’d been through, he simply said “you know you have a filter on the grey water side of your septic, don’t you? ” Well, no I didn’t. He proceeded to pull it, clean it and provide me with some basic maintenance instructions. Haven’t had a problem since. That’s what the right company can do for you.
Always had good experiences with the crew they send out. Professional and courteous while maintaining a good sense of humor.

Great company run by good people. They were very responsive and fast when my septic tank pump system needed replacement. They went the extra mile to be sure I had the best system. The access manhole install on top of the septic tank was a great addition so we dont have to dig everytime we need to access the tank. Thank you Kim and Mike!
