Coastal Towers, Sunny Isles Beach FL

Terrible place for a family. People do construction in their apartments for months, only one has a permit actually while others make constant noise and management doesn’t care. People smoke marijuana on balconies although it is non smoking building. People grill on the balconies although it is against the law to have a grill on the balcony. Trash on parking lot everywhere. Parking lot full of holes for the last three years, make sure u have off road vehicle to park here. City mandated mask wearing due to covid, management put the signs but is not implementing the rules, so many people walk pass security with no face covering, which is problematic since there are many elderly and vulnerable people in this community.

Worst management ever! They do only what is convenient for the board. Rules doesn’t apply to them. The parking situation is the worst. They won’t let you have a second car parked inside and they will tow it as soon as they get the chance if you try. Find somewhere else to park it they say. The closest parking you can get is 5 minutes away and you have to pay 150$ a month to rent a spot.

As smart as they are, they decided that building a dock/pier was more important and useful than adding more parking first. I feel bad for the owners.

Loved the apartment but didnt like the parking situation.

Worst management ever. Building runned like fort Knox. They actually go out of their way to find tenants possibly breaking one of thier MANY rules. Shame because it's a great bbn piece of bbn property runned by a bunch of power trip peeps.

Great place to live. Beatiful surroundings and well located.

This place has made a gigantic turnaround since the 2000s-2010. Nice little gym, great views, and it never feels unsafe here. Aventura mall to the north, all of Miami to the south, a great location. Love this place.

I have a family member that lives in the condo. The condo is absolutely beautiful. It has come a long way from what it looked like some many years ago. The management staff is very professional and always willing to go above and beyond. My family member is an owner and they are always saying how beautiful there building looks. I couldn't agree more. I definitely agree. Nice, clean and very professional staff. Great job!
