24Classy with comfortable seating. A theater with a restaurant/bar that allows customers to take their food and alcoholic drinks to their seat (one can also get it delivered).
This theater is absolutely amazing. The difference in image quality between my local Regal theater and this theater is mind blowing. The picture is flawless and bright. The audio quality sounds great. The seats are large motorized recliners. The bar is nice, and the food looks delicious. Cobb.if you're reading this, please please PLEASE bring one to Jacksonville FL.
Absolutely love this movie theater. As you drive into the area you're just wowed at how cute the little "town" is. All the cute little stores around. Walking into the theater itself was a cool experience. As you are purchasing your tickets, they give you an option of where you would like to be seated in the movie. That was definitely a plus for me. The little "food court" is a nice concept. They even have "powdered yellow cheese" for your popcorn.yes yellow cheese! When you get to your seat, which is easy to find bc you have a "Row # and Seat #", you'll find out how truly thankful you are for the seat you're getting ready to put your butt in to watch a 2hr movie. Careful NOT to fall asleep!
First of all I'm not complaining just think a change of policy should be entertained when giving Cobb points out. My wife and I attend Cobb a lot, in fact going tonight again to see Wonder. Recently we bought 2 gift cards one for $50 an one for $25. Planning to buy another $25 tonight for gifts for Christmas. I was surprised to see that purchasing that much and presenting my Cobb card for points, I was told they don't give out points for those kinds of purchases? Why not? I'm spending upwards of $100 so far, why not give points to reward customers who do this, bit disappointed in the last young lady at the customer service area where we bought the gift cards, not the friendliest and very curt in her response of " no you don't get points for stuff like that". Not looking for handouts but allowing points for larger purchases like this should be something you might consider.
