The place is not clean at all. Especially it’s a risk going in to this store during the pandemic.

Got replaced parts of worn soles on my Birkenstock. First, the replacement part on the left was placed in such a way that the gap was directly on a small crack in the cork bed, which then through the flexing in that spot became bigger. But that could men try to talk away bla bla. But the fact that both replacement sole parts were from a butter soft junk grade rubber is unacceptable. With very moderate use they got completely worn down to zero after four month and the left one broken. Normally, with a proper repair, i would have gotten about 12-15 months. And that for a fairly high price. I am giving 2 stars rather than one because unfortunately, good cobbler stores in the area disappeared over the last 20 years. That's how i got here, one of my sores got a new owner who sucks and other one closed down. What's left is fast buck boys.

THEY ABSOLUTELY KILLED THE GAME WHEN IT CAME TO REPAIRING MY BOOTS.

Seriously, I sent these in to be repaired online. They were very quick about it. Maybe a week or week and a half turn around time. Very communicative. These were given to me “here if you can repair them you can have them for free” since the soles were crumbling.

Boy am I glad I did take them off those hands.
They did a great job repairing the soles and heels. I will be back.

I have taken my shoes here for years. They do a good job. The guy is very friendly and so helpful. I highly recommend this business.

I had given them 5 stars because I was so happy to have my boots fixed but now I'm forced to return with the 2nd pair to be refixed. Very poor job done on both. I took them back and they did a thorough job

First experience was just for a small stain on the corner of my suede heels. They were nice enough to remove it at no charge for the small area. Took them about a minute. It was a nice gesture which will definitely make me come back again for a couple other shoe repairs I need. Ended up buying water repellant spray for my heels.

Friendly, honest, quicky, reasonable priced! The zipper is jacked up on our favorite suitcase - the young man I dealt with was up front and honest on the repair and suggested an equivalent suitcase I can look into purchasing at a later time! Thanks - will recommend to everyone I know who needs luggage or shoes repaired!

Did an outstanding job fixing a heavy zipper on a winter jacket. Also extremely professional, nice and friendly. I don’t live close but definitely will return if I need their services.

I was worried the insoles of my preownd cowgirl boots would require a costly repair. When I got to the shop they were able to pinpoint the problem within a few minutes and the fix was quick, easy and only cost about $10. They are now my go to for shoe repair. Great service and knowledgeable staff!

Its a great place to get your shoes fixed, your bag cleaned and get new whole in the belt for free. Everyone is very nice in there and provide excellent service!

This place is awesome. I dropped my shoes off in need of new leather soles. Not a problem. I also needed a new buckle for my belt. This establishment is highly recommended.
