Cocoa Beach Health and Fitness

I attended a Zumba class here while vacationing. I love that they had drop in rates, and overheard them giving their annual rates to someone else and was shocked at how inexpensive a membership was…. Less than the Y back in Ohio. That being said, you get what you pay for. The gym was very dark, dated and a little grimy. I really enjoyed the class. The instructor was high energy, easy to follow and the students made it super fun…they were a loud group hooting and hollering through class and that made this class alone a 5 ️ rating!

Great environment, clean somewhat friendly customers. Staff was very accommodating. I was from out of town and they gave me some places to eat healthy and see.

Great workout today. Classes on the second floor. Also Day Spa and massage therapy. Also an Inversion machine and Stand upon Vibration machine.

Absolutely amazing. Someone who understands the various needs of those who exercise put this place together. Great balance of equipment. Best gym I have had access to in years. Also VERY clean and great staff. I travel a lot and am often frustrated by gyms and their limited options. Not this place. A true GEM!

This gym is a staple in the community. Everyone here knows each other and was super friendly. I ended up getting a Tshirt ith the cool astronaut surfer logo. Excited to come back and try out the sauna and a facial next time.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, diverse classes, and supportive community, it has everything you need to reach your fitness goals and immerse yourself in the local community!

My personal favorite class is the Shorin Ryu Karate!

Good people and we'll stocked gym equipment. You won't go wrong working out at this place. Also has different amenities such as message and yoga classes.

Nice gym with TONS of equpment (pun intended). Excellent cardio area.lots of machines, free weights and ancillary equipment. Super friendly staff. Building is old but gym is very clean. Nice mix of members.

I got a knee injury so wanted to use pedaling apparatuses, found wifi so could listen to Amazon prime without using data. All in all very satisfied!

The monthly fee is way too much, the employees spend too much time on their phones instead of cleaning, the Men’s sauna is so dirty and disgusting, the Men’s locker room has three broken showers, everything is put together without professional help. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Massage was great! Price was high but worth it for a non member. They do take silver sneakers which is a plus

I'm a member. They are friendly and courteous everytime workout. Try different classes. Spin was great today!
