Cocoa Beach Shuttle

Absolutely the worse!
Waited at port for pickup, There was a rep there that kept telling us shuttle was on the way.

Called the company number and was getting the same answers, shuttle on the way.

Called the Hotel that arranged this and was told they run every twenty minutes, untruth number 30 something. Basically after waiting 3 hours and getting nothing but run around from the rep at the port, the hotel front desk and the company dispatcher. We were literally the last 4 people at the port after 5000 people got off the shop and seeing the company rep leave we caught an Uber back to the hotel.

Did not get reimbursed.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE COMPLETELY DISHONEST AND SHOULD HAVE THEIR LICENSE REVOKED IF THEY EVEN HAVE ONE.

The porters kept asking who we were waiting on and when we told them, they just shook their heads.

I’d give them negative stars if I could.

In response to their response attached is the photo of the ticket I had for the return, which we did not get a chance to use.

Supposed to get picked up at 9: 15, driver arrived at 10, while we stood in the cold rain. Picked us up from our destination over 30 minutes late. Dispatch stated I would get a 20% discount. They only refunded me 10%, which was a whopping $4! How insulting! NEVER will I use them again!

Worst experience with a shuttle company. Not enough shuttles for the people booked, late picking up and then just stranding 8 prepaid passengers. We ended up having to get an Uber to the airport from the cruise terminal. I would not recommend.

Cocoa Beach shuttle was amazing! Our driver Tom waited for us when our flight was late and luggage took forever after our flight. He dropped us off at Motel 6, and the doors were locked. He asked if he could help with anything before leaving. We kindly declined and said we would just call the hotel and I’m sure we will get it sorted out. While still on the phone with the motel and being told there was nothing they could do (left outside a motel, at night, with luggage, and no where to go)
Tom decided to come back and check on us. He loaded our luggage back up and told us to hop in, and brought us to the nearest hotel. Waited to make sure we had a room before moving on to his next run.
So thank you Cocoa Beach shuttle, without the kindness of your staff (Tom) we would have been left in the dark, on the streets, walking around an unfamiliar city at night with no clue where to go, luggage in hand. Absolutely amazing service!

Horrible company. Continued to tell us they will be here and they were over an hour late. Got to the airport later than supposed to. Find a different shuttle company.

Terrible service. Do not recommend using. Small shuttles but they’ve sold many tickets. Crowd waits at hotel (or at cruise terminal for return) for other shuttles to come by- 1-1.5 hour delays. No clear communication from drivers regarding how system works. Too few shuttles, too small vehicles, lousy communication. Stay away

I did round trip transportation from resort to cruise port Canaveral 1/15/24 and 1/20/24. From the beginning we were late getting to the terminal. Second we were told the shuttle would be waiting for us once we get off the ship. IT WAS A COMPLETE LIE! We talked with the staff and was told we had to wait because there was two trips ahead of us. We waited for almost one hour with two babies in the cold for pickup. We had to have our husbands Uber to pick up our vehicles while the rest of family waited and still NO SHUTTLE BY THIS COMPANY! There were never any updates. Needless to say I don’t recommend this company unless you don’t mind using half of your day waiting for transportation!

Absolutely terrible! If I could give it a zero star rating I would. So here is the story, we went on a cruise and they were late taking us to the cruise from laquinta hotel, about 30minutes late but we still made it to our cruise. Then when the cruise ended they were supposed to take us back to the airport at 10: 15am and they took us at 11: 30am. Another person next to us also had cocoa beach shuttle and they were supposed to leave by 8: 30am and they left at 11: 30 and missed their flight. Anyway back to me, we arrived at the airport at around 12: 20pm and MISSED OUR FLIGHT. To sum it all up DON’T GO HERE THEY WERE LATE TO PICK US UP TWICE AND I MISSED MY FLIGHT. The drivers are nice for the most part

I was told my shuttle would pick me up at 1: 15. My family of five waited 35 minutes and then had to drive around airport to pick other people up. Not worth the price. Take a Uber. We would have been there by now.

Terrible. Dropped us off at the wrong hotel (dispatcher had taken the info wrong so not driver's fault) and then were 2.5 hours late picking us up. Ten of us had to reschedule to later flights costing about $1000 in changes. Just terrible

We booked this shuttle service months in advance. We booked 3 separate trips with them to get from the airport to our hotel and then to the ship and then back again. They left us at the airport for 2 hours and then finally said Daryl was on his way. 10 minutes later I get an alert that Daryl is coming but is still in Cocoa Beach. That’s an hour away! I called and said that was unacceptable and we want our money back to pay for an Uber. They offered 20% and that was it! The next two rides were the same. Over an hour late each time! Drivers are very friendly but clearly overworked and underpaid. They need more drivers and vans if they are going to overbook like this. Stay FAR away from this company if you can!

NEVER on time! They don't communicate delays. Give you wrong location for pick up at Port Canaveral. They just don't have their act together

Awful. Do not book with this company. Bus is awful and they are never on time. Twice on our trip they arrived more then 45 minutes late.

Punctuality is not a virtue with this company. Waited a couple of hours for both pick up and return trips. Wasn’t the fault of the drivers. Whoever works dispatch should be fired! Our driver was apologetic on our return trip. How do you stay in business when you can’t be on time? Wouldn’t advise anyone to use them. I feel sorry for their drivers that I’m sure receive the brunt of everyone’s ire.

Great price compared to others. Picked us up from our hotel and took us to cruise port without any issues. Getting off the ship, we were a little early and had to wait on our van but it was on time. Would repeat

After our cruise ported we arrived as our pickup spot a little early. We called the company a few times and each time they told us the driver was almost there. Our pickup time was 9. We had a flight at MCO at 12: 15. It’s about a 45 minute drive from the port. It wasn’t until 9: 30 that we called and were told that the shuttle would arrive at 10. Which wouldn’t give us enough time to get to our flight, especially during the holiday season. Do not book here. Never on time

Don't use this service. We had 17 people and they were over an hoir late each way. We booked months out and had set times. They do not honor their time. Bad service.

We called to let them know the debarkation of the ship was taking a long time, but before we even got that out, they stared apologizing for being late. We assured them it was fine. Once off the ship, it took 90 minutes for them to show up. Then the van, wow, guessing Florida does not inspect vehicles. The three littles didn’t even have seat belts that worked. Not sure any of the belts worked for that matter. The van overheated 4 times so they kept turning off the AC. Fluid was pooling out the bottom of the van. He was honked at 3 times. But the only saving grace was the driver was nice to my father while driving. This is not the highly recommended Cocoa beach shuttle. That company has Express in the name.

I wanted to give this a 0 star review, but there is no way I can give anything less than a 1 star based upon my experience with this shuttle service.

At least 1-2 months prior to travelling to Orlando, we reserved a Cocoa Beach shuttle for 7 people to pick us up at our Orlando hotel and drive us to Port Canaveral. The same reservation indicated that we were to be picked up at a pre-determined time and drive us from Port Canaveral to the Orlando airport (MOC) a week later.

For our trip to the port, our shuttle picked us up on on time from the hotel, & got us to Port Canaveral in a timely manner for our cruise.

However, the return trip from the port to the airport did NOT go as planned.

We arrived at the per-determined pickup location at least 15-20 minutes before the shuttle was scheduled to pick us up. While waiting for our shuttle, we noticed a shuttle from the same company stop & pickup a group of people at a different location. Those individuals then filled every seat. This occurred at the exact same time that we were expecting our shuttle to pick us up. That shuttle then proceeded to drove away with a group of people. We then proceeded (with a THREE YEAR OLD) to wait for about 30 minutes, in the meantime I saw probably 3 shuttles from this company drive past the port & never stop to pick us up. After almost 30 minutes, I called the company & was told that a shuttle would be there in the next 15 minutes. Well, another 20 minutes later I had to call back AGAIN. Once again I was told that a shuttle would be there shortly. Finally, on my THIRD CALL they finally told me that a shuttle would be there shortly, which finally occured after waiting a full hour past our pre-determined reservation time & location for a shuttle to take us to the airport.

When trying to explain to the company that we had a reservation, they tried to blow it off by saying "it's a shared service", completely ignoring the fact that we had a reservation for 6 adults and 1 toddler booked over a month in advance. The company continually lied to me saying that a shuttle would be there in 10-15 minutes.

While talking to the driver that finally arrived, he informed me that he only got the call to pick us up 5 minutes before he arrived.

It is very obvious to me that this company needs to learn how to honor a reservation.

Waiting an hour past your reservation time to get picked up, while in the meantime watching an untold number of other shuttles from the same company drive past us without stopping is completely unacceptable.

I would understand if we were not at the designated pick up location, but we were at that location plenty early. The driver who finally arrived, pulled into the predetermined location and helped up get on our way, albiet a full hour past the predetermined reservation time.

I DO NOT recommend ever using this service due to their blatant disregard for honoring reservations and for their continued insistance that a shuttle will be arriving shortly, only to have the shuttle not arrive.

You would be better off flagging down a random shuttle than to expect this company to honor their reservations.

I highly recommend using a different shuttle service when visiting the Orlando area!

Very dishonest! Was told we'd be picked up upon arrival, after waiting for two hours one hour of which was spent in their van waiting on another pary we made other arrangements.
