Me and my mom came here to get matching tattoos with Raf and I highly recommend the shop it’s self and definitely Raf! The energy was amazing, the artists are so fun and cool. Raf was amazing because he talks through all of the steps with you and makes you feel so comfortable. This was my first time at this studio and I would recommend it for anyone! I will definitely be back soon!

Going into the tattoo experience, I was initially nervous and apprehensive about deviating from the reference photo provided by the artist. I am quite discerning, and it took me a considerable amount of time to discover a design that truly resonated with me. Fortunately, I stumbled upon Raf's work on Instagram, and I trusted his expertise to deliver a quality result.

To my delight, Raf not only met but exceeded my expectations, leaving me thoroughly impressed with his interpretation of my lotus flower design. His creative process involved a collaborative effort, as he skillfully incorporated elements from the reference but elevated the final product to something far beyond my initial vision.

Raf's meticulous approach was evident as he took the time to thoroughly explain each step before application. His dual background in both medical and art disciplines shone through in the precision with which he executed the tattooing procedures. This combination of expertise added an extra layer of confidence to my overall experience.

The atmosphere at the studio was welcoming, and it was evident that they have cultivated a wonderful community for both the artists and customers. Best experience ever here. Liat is an amazingly talented creative and treated us like fam from the start. She took her time with me and made sure the piece captured my energy and flowed with my form. I got my first tattoo today with Raf and it was an incredible experience!

For someone like me who isn’t familiar with this process, Raf was very considerate and detailed in his explanation before starting the process. He made sure I was comfortable and really built my trust in him from the beginning.

He was really quick to understand what I wanted from this specific tattoo and was very deliberate to make sure it reflected well on my skin and my body. My goal was for the tattoo to compliment my collar bone and Raf immediately pick up on that and adjusted the original picture for it to reflect just that, without stripping away from the actual design and concept I had in mind. And made sure the size was perfect for me as well.

He made me fall in love with the tattoo experience overall, as it could be nerve wracking for someone who’s never put something permanently on their body. I feel so grateful that I picked Cocoa Village Tattoo Gallery to be the shop that gave me my first tattoo, and I’m so grateful for the amazing experience I had. I’m super appreciative of it.

Certain people come into your life at just the right time and change it forever. I felt moved to represent my soul on my sleeve and thats when I met Rafael. His creativity and deep passion for art spoke to me. I’ve spent numerous hours with him creating a masterpiece that I will have for a lifetime. COSMIC CAM! She hooked me up with a few cute little tattoos that added to my sleeve! Her linework is clean, steady, no blowouts and she has a wonderful gentle touch! Saving up for more! This shop is AMAZING! More artists upstairs and piercing coming soon (posted 7/23).

Great experiences! Walked in, and was helped right away. I got a small tattoo at the shop minimum rate of $150. I love it and it healed great!

Walking in was like most tattoos shops. Phone attendant on her personal phone looking at Facebook. Looked through the artists books and all but 1 artist seemed to be less than mediocre. Major line issues to lack of drawing capabilities. The owner Jake seems to be the only person that had really decent work and I was going to book him. I sat down with raafael and was going to use this STENCIL artist to do a cover up and he quickly called another artist Amanda over that said she does realism. Her tattoo book says different. I showed raafael my phone with all my tattoo ideas and he quickly had a change of tone. I showed him 11 tattoos that are priority and I have 31 other tattoos in a notebook that I want done. Back ribs both sleeves chest and a few leg tattoos. He saw my idea for my American Flag turning into the rebel flag (half and half with tattered middle) and immediately said no one here will do this one. I thanked everyone for their time and I left the shop. Been sitting about a hour ago contemplating just working with the owner but he hired the staff so most tattoos shop owner hire people like them. Been searching for a new artist for years. Back to looking.

It's sad that the pure intolerance and ignorance just lost a shop 10s of thousands of dollars. According to Amanda half a day is $750 and a full day was $840? Math done add up but whatever.

This shop is very left winged which I saw going in. I still tried to give my business but I'm going to walk away when I hear very stupid comments made in a manner of diversity instead of unity. Hypocrisy is irritating to say the least.

P.s. The owner was not there. My conversation was with Raafael and Amanda. I just liked Jake the owners talent. Sadly I cant give my money to a business of intolerance.

Best tattoo experience I’ve ever had! Really cool environment with an awesome community of artists. They were very helpful over the phone and went above and beyond to take care of us that day without a booking. Went in to get matching tattoos with 2 of my family members, Raf took care of us and all 3 of us were blown away by our work and his professionalism! Can’t wait to go back and get more work done!

I had the pleasure of having my very FIRST tattoo done by the legend Mark on Friday. My cousin and I have been talking about matching tattoos for years and I've been to scared to get one.
Mark was INCREDIBLE. He was patient, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made me feel very comfortable. The shop was immaculate and EVERY single person was friendly.
Mark is a really good man, and a very talented artist. I would make an appointment with him immediately. I'm already looking up ideas to return to him for number 2!
