The options provided and the service provided during the purchase of the car is excellent. Will definitely recommend others to give it a try at coconut creek hyundai. But make sure to confirm the availability of the vehicle before you go in-person.
If it weren’t for Brian, we would’ve bought a car from them. Unfortunately, Brian was arrogant, rude, and unhelpful and lost our business. For some reason, he thinks they are the only car dealership around and that he has the right to treat customers poorly.
Go for an employee named Edeline Fils-Aime. I am sure everyone there is awesome, but I like to be a loyal customer to exceptional employees. She will take very good care of you and you will be grateful for it.
I had the pleasure of meeting Danielle who was fabulous. She was concerned about my needs and kept me informed. In my 10 years of driving Hyundai's, she is the BEST service advisor there. I really appreciate her caring and professionalism.
I dropped my vehicle for service and the dealer arranged an immediate Lyft ride back to my place. Something which is improved a lot from my last visit where i had to wait for an hour for them to arrange a ride.
As usual service was good as always.

What I liked about my experience was that I was treated like family. I was attended to in a timely manner. I felt comfortable and confident in my purchase. Russell Scarlata was absolutely awesome! The other employees were courteous and friendly adding to my experience there.
The service dept.at this dealership is absolutely the worse. They were always lousy but now they have gotten even worst.
I usually don’t leave reviews but Brian Payne is amazing. He went out of his way to make sure my car was in tip top shape before my drive to TX. If you come across Brian Payne trust that you’re in good hands.

My experience today was that the employees are friendly. My engine light came on and I was told that there be a diagnostic fee of $125. I waited there awhile and called my mechanic and ask him how much he would charge me to check out the engine light. He said there is no diagnostic fee. I thanked the service advisor for his time and told him that my guy would do a free computer test.
The process was simple and fast! I spoke with Mr. Murphy and Davin via phone and they had everything ready to go once I arrived. Davin was helpful during the whole process with keeping me updated on everything from the tag/title to the car being ready for pickup. Thank you again Mr. Murphy and I will be sending anyone I know that needs a car your way!
I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to buy a car. There not like other dealerships that sell you a car, they are kind and they want you to be happy with what you buy. Thank you Rodrigo and Eli
