On one hand, I don't want to waste time writing a negative review, on the other hand, in this case I feel like I should say something, as my experience was pretty abysmal. I waited literally a year for nothing. I got referred to Dr. Dordevic about a year and a half ago about doing veneers through a special program. At the initial consult he said that yes, I could get them done, but it would be next year. I told him I was not interested in waiting unless it was definitely going to happen (as I had quotes from other dental offices), to which he said, yes, it's definitely going to happen. I figure, well, a year is a really long time to wait, but it would be more cost-effective through this program, so I guess I'll wait. Fast forward 6 months, they call me to come in for a visit, I drive over there and find out they scheduled me erroneously, but while there, I still ask, am I still set to get the veneers done? Dr. Dordevic says oh yes, I haven't forgotten about you, it'd be sometime later closer to mid year. Fast forward another 6 month, talk to them again, yep, they confirm I'm still set for the procedure. Finally get a call from them to schedule my actual veneer appointment, get it scheduled, and it appears that everything is good to go. I'm pretty excited to finally get it done after a year of waiting. Literally 2 hours before my appointment, a lady from his office calls me up and says Dr. Dordevic no longer needs a patient for this so we don't need you to come in, bye. He didn't even bother making a personal phone call after making me wait a year, just dropped me like that, with no explanation, nothing. A most frustrating experience to say the least.

I don’t even know where to begin with this experience! From the front office to the dentist, you can tell they love their job! The team in the front were so amazing and on point before I even visited the office. Arriving to the office was nothing but exceptional! I had GLouby as my hygienist and she was BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL! When I tell you I LOVE THE DENTIST (sounds crazy I know) I love it! She just added to why I love it even more now! She’s so sweet, kind, and funny! She is extremely knowledgeable and truly does care about her patients! I am sooooo thankful I got her today! When it comes to the Doc I see why the staff are the way they are. He truly does care about ensuring that the patient FULLY understands what he is explaining and why something happens. He explained everything to me thoroughly and why. I can’t say enough great things about about this place! Thank you to the whole staff and doc for everything today!

Coconut Dental excels in customer (patient) service. The staff listens and the technician was excellent. They honor the appointment time so there is no unnecessary waiting. I highly recommend.

Everyone was super helpful and very nice. This was my first time ever in a long history of dental care that I didn’t even feel the needle for the Novocaine let alone any other pain!

I continue to be very pleased with this dental practice. I've had 2 cleaning and a crown replacement. Everyone is courtous and happy to answer my questions. It's a real plus that they accept my dental insurance too.

They were able to get me in the same day for an emergency visit. Everyone in the office was friendly and professional. The doctor
was thorough and communicated my options for treatment in an objective and easily understandable way.

Everyone was very nice and helpful! Was only my first visit so far, but will definitely be sticking with them! Highly recommend!

The desk associates, Maribel and Brittany, were caring and courteous, the Dental Assistant, Javier, was thorough and Dr. D spent a lot of time with me to understand my issue. I'm very happy with my first visit there and I'll be back!

What a place! Amazing staff. Mirabel and Amy, you are sooo nice. They go above and beyond for you!
And what a nice dentist! Dr. D was very understanding, helpful, and willing to work with me.
Office is so neat and clean! (Even their restroom was very clean) cleanliness says a lot.

Dr. Dordevic and crew at Coconut Point Dental are excellent. They work as a team and provide extremely excellent follow up care. I give them 5 stars!

This is hands down my favorite dental office. I actually look forward to having my cleanings and exams! All of the staff are wonderful, the facility is clean, they accept my insurance and are always up front about costs or if my insurance only covers part/none etc. I remember dreading going to the dentist as a kid (in MI), that is thankfully not the case anymore! My hygienist is awesome (I’m sure all of them are, everyone is so friendly here) and so is the Dr!:)

It was very professional. The personal were very courteous. It made the visit comfortable.

I really enjoy going to Coconut Point Dental Care for my cleanings and checkup. Amy is a great dental hygienist and Dr. Dordevic is great. Both are kind, thorough and make sure every detail with my teeth is addressed.

Quickest cleaning ever! 15 mins. I don't love going to the dentist but hey, who does? ! Made it easy and always profesional. Never have to wait more than a moment for my appointment. Love Coconut Point Dental!
