Linda was so accommodating and amazing! My hair felt ten times better than ever after she cut and colored it. 10/10 service for sure!

Before seeing Linda however, I had a not so nice experience with deb. She was able to squeeze me in after rearranging another appointment, which I appreciated, but I felt her overall demeanor was quite rude. I went on a first date and wanted to get my hair professionally blown out, So I walk in on time and She sits me down. After she’s done washing my hair, we go back to her chair and she starts brushing my hair excessively. “Sorry I’m just rough handed! ”. Yeah ok, but then she goes on to start commenting on the state of my hair. I currently do all over bleach and tone but use olaplex shampoo every other week, so my hair feels processed, sure, but nonetheless still healthy. “You’re hair is sooo damaged! Your hair is so problematic! ” I explained that I’m a natural brunette but dye my hair blonde and she insisted that “my hair doesn’t like bleach”. She pointed out that my hair should not be coming out into the brush when she’s brushing it, yet even before I started bleaching my hair would do the same AND she’s pulling too darn hard! Oh, and then she tells me to buy every olaplex product on the line (bc apparently my hair will fall out if I don’t) and then sleep with the shampoo in my hair overnight. But I’m a student and def cannot afford to buy every single product on the line, so that’s a no for me dawg!

After we were done, which took her over an hour to do something other stylists I’ve seen can do in half that time, deb charges me a whopping $60 for only a wash and blowout and then shouts at me as I’m leaving “make sure you tell your next stylist that you have problematic hair, because you do! ”

Tbh I’ve never felt so intimidated by a stylist, especially since I always look forward to getting my hair done. I’ve been bleaching/highlighting my hair for almost ten years now, yet never once has any other stylist raised an eyebrow at the state of my hair, especially in this way.

With that being said, I would definitely go back to Linda any time as she was amazing! The latter, however, I’ll be staying away from.

Linda works with one client at a time, and gives each client five star treatment! She worked with me to come up with hair styles that suit my casual lifestyle and preference for classic cuts and minimal processing.

Awful customer service. Megan doesn’t know how to do hair and doesn’t have manners. Will take my business else where from now on
