1 Sorry to have to write this review. Cody did some branch removal for me Monday. Quoted me one price and charged $200 more. I expected him to be removing the debris for what he charged. I am in a 55+ park with strict codes. Cody piled a large heap of waste in the cul de sac on common ground. I will now be fined for that. I’ve called for bulk removal and the city has told me it’s the arborist responsibility to remove. I will now be charged. Worse yet, they spread the 3 piles in my yard far apart so again, an extra charge for me unless I physically move them together. Should I mention all the fallen dead branches all over my yard today and still a visible large dead branch hanging?
Enclosed are 2 pictures. $900 for that small amount of cut is ridiculous after quoting $700
So very disappointed and feel as an elder I have been taken advantage of. Never would I recommend this company. I will be paying for this for months.
Oh and now, their phone accepts no calls. Maybe my next call should be to the BBB.
