I have been with Coggin since 2009. I've bought 6 cars from Acura. It was great until 2018. The service department has been the worst experience of my life. They lie about everything to get your money. They have purposely damaged parts of my car to get me back in. In 2018, I bought Acura rl. It just needed shocks and engine mounts. Took it in said I needed neither. Told me I had 3 leaks, power steering pump was bad and I had a faulty alternator. I got it all fixed cost about $4300. Then literally 1 week later I felt the shocks were not right as I stated to them before. I took it back with only putting 40 miles on the vehicle after the prior repairs. Then they told me my shocks and motor mounts need to be changed asap? Another $2600 spent. Then to find out the didn't do the front suspension properly. I complained about it They obviously got mad. Took my other car Acura tlx which was a 2015 at the time got a basic oil change. I left turned on my music and my bass box was popped. Everything was working fine prior to that visit. They purposely messed my radio up because I complained about them ripping me off.
Fast forward to 2023 I bought a Honda Odyssey with 100k miles Took it for BASIC service timing belt, front struts, oil change and transmission service. Did that went home 1 week later my AC stopped working was working fine until that visit. Asked for a quote told me 119$ just need to refill with freon. Then Called me told me it's not freon it's the entire ac unit. Fixed it cost me 2600$. 4 days later I hear a noise in the engine took it back told me it my power steering pump. $800 FIXED that too. Mind you I make over 330k a year this is nothing to me. I just feel real bad for people that don't have it like that. It's criminal. This place should be shut down. I will no longer do business with Coggin. Vatland Honda has always been a great place for repairs I should have continued service there. Very upset and disappointed in this dealership. I love Honda/Acura cars. Not from Coggin Ever Again. I'll travel the 100 miles.

I had the pleasure of working with the most helpful and attentive car salesman Roy Peavy while my car was getting serviced. He went above and beyond to show me various car options, patiently answering all my questions and explaining the features in detail. His knowledge and friendly demeanor made the whole experience enjoyable. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a new car or looking to upgrade. Thanks to him, I now have options to consider with my wife about upgrading cars. The service department is great as well! Kudos to Coggin

EJ Williams was Amazing with helping my fiancé Anthony Navarra get the car he wanted! He had to have it shipped to his dealership and it was here so quick! I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a car he is very knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to get you get what you want.

Working with Dennis was fast, easy and effective. There is one issue I had with the Coggin Communications. However, Dennis gave me a direct path to his desk. Leaving messages or going through operator is not dependable.

1. We didn’t get the model that we went in originally to purchase.
2. I didn’t feel very good as I walked away from a purchased that I paid full price for with absolutely zero discount of any sort. First time in history that I purchase a vehicle at full price. And mind you I have personally owned brand new Honda’s, Nissan’s, Acura’s Mercedez, and Audi’s.
3. We were miss informed by the sales rep & finance rep of our interest-rate. They had us sign a piece of paper at a 3.9% interest rate to then find out towards the end the purchase that it did not apply to our 2024 vehicle after all. Rather we ended up with a 5.9% interest rate even with over a 800 beacon score!
4. As soon as I arrived home, I noticed that the back trunk had paint chipped off and discoloration. The dealership, however, is taking care of that, but again it is very upsetting to know how inconvenient that is especially after knowing that I walked away not fully pleased with the purchase of this vehicle anyway.
Quite frankly, this will probably be our third and last purchase made at this same dealership!
5. Lastly, I would like to state that we did meet a very pleasant gentleman at his desk when we initially walked into this Fort Pierce dealership.

EJ was so helpful, working with us for a week over the phone and when we went in he had everything ready to go. He lead us thru all the vehicle details, warranty and financing step by step. No rush, no pressure. Thank you EJ for making my sons first car purchase a pleasant one.

We had an appointment with Jeff Einfalt after seeing a car online that interested us. Jeff met us and took the time with us to understand what our buying needs were at this time. Even though we had our eye on a particular Honda model, he made us feel comfortable and understood our needs. He explained everything in detail and in a professional and friendly manner. The finance experience with Reuben was a pleasant one also.

I had an appointment with Robert on 6/23 at 11: 00 to have service done on my 2019 Honda Civic. I had made an appointment a couple days before and 2 days prior I called to see if I could get in a day sooner. No problem! I arrived a few minutes early and was promptly greeted and directed to Bob’s desk. We spoke briefly about my car and what I thought I needed done. I knew I needed an oil change and figured a tire rotation was due. I also knew that a brake flush and transmission flush needed to be done so I expected that and had that taken care of along with an oil change. What I didn’t expect was to be told that I might not need a rotation if the tires were too worn. He took me back to see the tire wear for myself and I was surprised that the one was really worn. Basically flat! I also asked about the wiper blades and he said they also looked good. He also told me the air and cabin filters looked good and again, that surprised me. I’m not used to Honda dealerships being honest about service after dealing with Delray Honda for many years. Not only was there a constant turn over of service advisors but they had a very nasty attitude. It seems as if the majority of the employees at Coggin have been there for quite some time which shows an employer that must be doing something right. 5 stars for honesty, a fair price, a clean showroom, fast service, and a pleasant experience overall.

We had been shopping for a truck for a month. The truck we purchased showed up in our search but we live in Melbourne beach. I called at 6: 00 and spoke to Leverne. He sent us pictures and we knew it was exactly what we had been looking for. Laverne worked quickly to secure the vehicle for us until we could come test drive it. There was an issue when the car went to service and Laverne kept us informed and Erk the service manager answered all our questions and made sure the vehicle was sound before it could leave the dealership. When we arrived our visit was exceptional and efficient. The finance guy was extremely pleasant. I will definitely be looking at coggin honda of ft.pierce for any future needs and recommending them to my friends and family!

I've probably came around 8-9 times to pick up OEM parts for my car. EVERY SINGLE time, it's always a superb experience from Mike Long. He makes the process quick and easy, and accommodates having the parts early for me the morning after. I continuously come back for parts instead of ordering online because of the customer service he brings. Thanks for everything Mike!

It was a good experience. Dan was very knowledgeable and solved the issue with the transmission along with other things my car needed done. He was the one that found the initial problem with the engine and found the solution on what to do. It was worth the 30 plus minute drive from Vero. I’ll recommend going to him again for future car appointments.

I’m really happy with the car purchase I made. My salesman Anthony was very friendly and communicated with each other perfectly. I want to bring my godmother and my girlfriend to buy their next car from him.
I bought the extended warranty without thinking about it. It’s my understanding I can cancel it and I would like to because I bought a used car. I talked to Mike who is very friendly and he sent me a cancellation form. I emailed him back with a few questions to help me cancel it. Then I will need help with doing that and seeing the difference in my new payment plan. Overall a very good experience as long as I can have this warranty issue solved.

Anthony was so great! We went in just looking at possibilities for our growing family. He didn’t pressure us and answered all my questions, even let us put our car seat in the new van to see how it would fit. We came back multiple times and I even called to ask questions and he answered everything without hesitation and still no pressure. We fully enjoyed working with him and are so excited to have a new van for our family vehicle!

Well. Spent 7k-8k over 3 visits.on a truck that's worth less than what I paid in repairs. To not have it fully gone through.
Asked them to check over everything. And left me stranded in the middle of the highway 500 miles after I left the dealership. Piston rings are completely gone. And the truck had 0 oil in it and no external leaks. This was after they had been inside the engine on the first visit.
And had to spend over a grand to get it home. And spent money for 2 days stuck In a hotel waiting for someone to get me and the truck.

Overall friendly as can be. But this was a costly mistake. Coming out of MY pocket.

Also one of your techs left their battery jumper in my truck. Their tech was lucky I was nice enough to call and bring it back for them. Sloppy work to say the least.
