The service department is fantastic. They don’t try to upsell you and get you in and out as quickly as possible. A dealership I trust.

Excellent car buying experience. We worked out a price over the phone, they found the color I wanted, and I went to go pick it up. A bit of a snafu with the dealer options (the service department forgot to install them and this was closing on a Friday night), but they gave me a loaner car and brought me my car when it was finished. Easiest car buying experience ever - they gave me what I wanted, at the price I wanted, and there were no "hidden fees" or "surprise costs. " Daniel and Gage were fantastic to work with. Absolutely would buy from them again.

Not because I got a SUV. Yesssss. But the service was Over the call of duty. I was looking for Toyota dealership and turn into the Honda dealership them I told them I was rebuilding my credit and it's not the best and Albennes Armstrong went to work he had the vehicles that he could get me in with my down payment and a low monthly payment line up and I went from there with a bumper to bumper warranty. Yes on a used vehicle. New tires and some Shrimp fried rice it was Good too. These guys did a Great job I will definitely buy another vehicle from them.

Went in on Saturday to get an oil change and Carl took care of me.bbn very nice and professional.he also advised me on other recommended stuff that needs to be addressed when they did the multipoint inspection.full synthetic oil change was very cheap due to a promotion that they were doing.would def come back again for future maintenance for my car.

The people at Coggin Honda got me out of tough lease on my other car into a new Honda Accord. Adam my salesman did an outstanding job detailing the features of my new car. I did not feel pressured into a deal. I plan to service the car at the dealership as well.

I waited nearly three hours to get a basic oil change today. I arrived at 4: 37 and Idrove away at 7: 30 (yes, after the closing time of the service department). I am not sure what internal problems they were having, but they completely messed up my evening schedule. The only reason they get 2 stars here is because Angela took the initiative to try her best to make things right. She is a 5-star employee. I received less than 1-star automotive service from Honda. I was beyond irritated!

This is the experience I wanted my daughter to have when purchasing her first vehicle. Coggin Honda’s no hassle is the perfect experience for car buying. We were allowed to walk the car lot without feeling like a bee to honey. They left us alone to walk around and when we walked in, we were greeted in a friendly manner. We were ready to talk, and Allyson Wraggs asked the appropriate questions and she listened to my daughter without being pushy or condescending, something she experienced at another car dealership. Knowing that we were not going to purchase that day, but rather test drive and get to know and compare the vehicles my daughter had in mind, Allyson took the time to see that my daughter was informed. Only after asking her what was important to her. After the test drive and visiting other dealerships, my daughter considered not only the vehicle, but the fact that she would be taking the vehicle for service at this dealership. Others around town, she felt like she needed protection whereas she felt comfortable and safe at Coggon of St Augustine. She knew it is more than a car purchase, but rather a relationship with the dealership as she will continue to come back for service of her vehicle at Coggin. They did not have the 2019 in stock yet, but they reserved the first 2019 in the vehicle that she wanted. They stayed in touch with me and her to let us know the status and scheduled an appoint convenient to us to complete the sale when the vehicle arrived. Overall, we are very satisfied and will return not only for service, but future sales.
