12Never made it there. Someone was suppose to call me from the service department but never did. I went elsewhere.
Great service advisors. Travis and Richard help each other's customers when the other one is busy. Great teamwork. Service done correctly and on time. I have had four of my Nissans serviced here over the past 7 years.

Went in specifically purchased a battery of 09/02/2021. Car did not start. I told them but they did the usual oil change and Multipoint inspection. But nothing was addressed for the battery. I assumed they checked the battery. However Over the weekend. Car doesn't start again.
After calling the advisor had hard time since they did not know what was done for the battery.
Very poor service by the dealership. Its not the fault of the Service advisor, but i wish they had actually repaired the problem for which was specially told. Best to go to J Auto Shop on Beach blvd with their service.
Honestly I am here because I bought the brand new vehicle and bought the service and maintenance package. Never again. This is the second time coggin nissan has made a big mess.
Service department is definitely helpful and will look out for you where they can, but you will have a long wait!

Fernando Garcia was really knowledgeable and patient with me while I figured out what car I wanted and helped me through the headache of trading in my car. At no point did I feel like I was being overwhelmed by predatory sales people. It was the smoothest transaction I have ever experienced at a dealership.
It was a terrible, ever worst experience. I dropped off the car at 10.40 a.m. And they didn't put the in shop till 4.30 p.m. Without any notice or information. And their excuse is we have many appointment, As if I am the not one of them the incharge told me. If there is a possiblity I could give NO star. It was worst ever customer service.
Lots of mis communication, calling to get an appointment and get told a time and then when I arrive they say I don't have an appointment. Service advisors failed to update me on progress of vehicle and wasn't able to pick up until afternoon the next day. Do not recommend this dealer for these issues. Hopefully things improve.
After driving all over town and going to several dealerships, this was the one for me. Upon pulling up, the dealership was clean and welcoming. Probably because the staff take pride in the environment (when I pulled up my salesman, Justin, was leaning down to pick up a small price of trash in the parking lot.) I was a bit leary that he would be to “salesy”, but it was like sitting down with a friend. The selection was good and he showed be several pathfinders. When it came time for numbers, they were able to give me numbers on a few different vehicles so I could compare them side by side. Seeing my hesitation, Justin worked to figure out exactly what I wanted and when the dealership didn’t have it, he secured a trade with another dealership. I ended up with the EXACT car I wanted with the features I wanted at a great price. Go to Justin, you won’t be disappointed!
We had the best experience at Coggin Nissan! Seriously the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. Rafael was our man, and he did an incredible job!
Slowest service ever here. Had an appointment for my car the guys were nice and took it back right away. Now I’ve been standing for half an hour waiting for someone to simply check in my appointment. This is ridiculous. Also Allison at the service desk is beyond rude:)
