Dr. Cohen is the best! My dad is elder and she’s very gentle and patient when cutting his toe nails! Wouldn’t recommend no one else but her! She’s the best!

Love Doctor Cohen. I was recommended by a co-worker of mine. Next time though - I will CALL MY insurance company. I will NEVER call the doctors office and ask them if they take my particular insurance. They said they took Humana Medicare PPO - 3 months later - I'm getting bills - because she was an OUT of NETWORK provider.even though they said "YES.we take that insurance"! SO.you want a doctor.call your insurance company - BEFORE you call the DOCTOR! And i hope Dr Cohen (Podiatry Associates of Lauderdale Group) is on your insurance - because I have insurance to see doc on my plan! Unfortunately, I won't be seeing her again!

Last week I received a bill from Dr. Cohen's office. Unfortunately no online payment option available. I called the office on Monday morning with the intention of paying over the phone. I was forced to listen to a voice recording for several minutes and no one picked up. I called a second time and same thing. On the second try I left a message and asked them to call back in order for me to pay the bill. After waiting 2 days, no one calling me back, I went to their office to pay the bill. I explained to the receptionist that I called on Monday morning but no one picked up and also left a message but did not get a return call. She kept arguing with me. Stating no one was in the office after 1 PM. What does that have to do with me calling after 9 AM? What about the message I left? She kept ignoring that one. I have decided to take my business and my hurting foot to another podiatrist.
